Eggcave won't load

I'm only able to access it on a cell connection or from my schools wi-fi. I can't get it to load at all on my home wi-fi. Chrome tells me it can't access it and all my devices (iPad/iPhone) say the server isn't responding. There's nothing about maintenance on the blog.. I've tried hard refreshing in chrome (which I can't do on my iPad or phone) but nothing's working!

Could a mod or someone help me out with this?

Thanks for the help!

@yukihitsugaya
Have you tried using another browser, such as Firefox?
Is it *only* Egg Cave that has this problem?
I've had issues with Chrome in the past and have since removed it from my laptop. So it's possible it's Chrome and not Egg Cave.

If it works on another browser, it's probably Chrome that's not working.

@shelby
I've tried safari too,(it also doesn't load eggcave) that's why I don't think it's just Chrome. Plus, it only does this on my home wifi, eggcave works on cell network and on other wifi. It's just eggcave.

EDIT: never mind as soon as it fixed itself it went and broke again. Even on all my devices (phone, iPad..) *sigh*

It works on my iPad. Have you cleared your cache on everything? Or you could disconnect and reconnect your modem. Don't honestly think resetting the modem would work, but use that as a last chance.

@yukihitsugaya
This sounds more like an issue with your connection rather than with Egg Cave.
I agree with Newlife, you should try resetting your wifi.
I suggest calling your internet provider before resetting it though, some companies need you to call before you reset.

@yukihitsugaya

Hi there,

As of right now, there are no known network connectivity issues at Egg Cave. The kinds of problems you're having sound a lot like networking configuration issues on your end.

Try resetting your Internet at your home (turning off your Internet router, and then turn it back on after 30 seconds), or contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) if you cannot diagnose the problem yourself.

Best,
Ian
