She decided to not finish that sentence, and looked from kid to kid. "Well? We going in that portal or not?" Storm asked expectantly, changing the subject. That guy... He was scary, even to Storm. Something had awoken inside her, but she just didn't know what.

Clara stayed close behind Storm and stayed silent. There wasn't anything she could do. She was trembling. She couldn't run, shoot, or even speak. She was just so scared. There was something about this man...Once the white-eyed guy was gone, Clara forced herself to follow Storm out of the bushes. @sharkout@blueclaw@emsIs it okay if I give Clara the stones for potions (that Lydia got from Notch) when they get into the portal?

@ems I didn't kill him, I just slowed him down. I like how we're calling him "Him." Is he "He who must not be named" or something? xDAdam steadied himself. "What do you mean, connected to our ancestors? From what my parents said, my family has always been business people...no-one would ever have a sword like this. But...I guess we should go in. I mean, that's what I brought you guys here for, right?" Adam looked around. "Ok. Let's go." He dove in, and went through a period of shaking and swirling, twisting and turning, being squeezed and pushed around until he couldn't feel anything, and then he landed on the other side with a "Thud!" "Where...Are we?" Adam asked to himself. Then...he freaked out. Then...he started hyperventilating. Then...laser alien robots jumped out from the bushes and stole his head while eating pigs that they brought with them.~~~~~JK on that last one. xD~~~~~He caught his breath, and looked confused. "Why is everything block-HOLY MOTHER OF GOD WHAT THE HECK IS THAT...THING!!!""That is a creeper. You'd best get away from it. Unless you want to be fried like a pork chop." said a nearby voice. A figure came up with a sword, and ran his sword through the creatures body. It fell, and disintegrated. "Hi. I guess you'd be wondering who I am. I'm Steve."

@sharkout I guess so. STEEEVVVEEE! ;D@blueclaw@graceseggs--Storm jumped in after Adam without question, landing just in time to see this... Block... Introduce himself as Steve. "Oh, hi there Steve... Um, just one question. Where are we?!" Storm felt less... Round than usual. "Why is everything pixelated? What's a Creeper? Who was that scary guy with the white eyes by the portal?!"

After Storm went through the portal, Clara hopped in. She staggered back in surprise as soon as she got through. Everything was square. Blocky. Pixelated. Cube-ish. What else? Oh, yeah. A talking cube person named Steve. There were two other square people that looked strangely familiar. She covered her mouth with her hand as she realized something. Adam and Storm were blocky as well.@sharkout@ems

"WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO YOUR HEADS!!!! AND YOUR BODYS!!!! THEY'RE ALL BLOCKY!!!!" He looked at himself. "OH GOD!!! I AM TOO!!! WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!?" Steve watched the players. "I thought I was on single-player forever...Hey guys? I'll answer all your questions, but all in good time...grab some wood for me, would you? Then we'll talk. The house is over that-a-way. See you there! Hop to it!"David tried punching a tree. It made a cracking sound, and one of the blocks grew small, and popped into his hand. "Oh...god. This will take some getting used to." ~~~~~Next post I'ma introduce the plot, so be ready. 😋

Clara was about to set her bow down, but she noticed something odd. It was glowing a purple-ish color. "What is up with this world?" she muttered. She put her bow and arrow down before going to punch a tree. Once she destroyed the bottom block, the tree didn't fall down. It just stayed upright. "That's odd," she murmured.@sharkout I was running out of descriptive words. 😋@ems@blueclaw

@graceseggs 😋@ems but then the whole plot would be over... xDPLOT! PLOT! PLOT! PLOT!!!Adam continued collecting wood, but he noticed something in the top right corner of his vision. When he turned right- the sign turned right as well. It read: "Achievement: Getting Wood!" The strange thing was, it disappeared after a while. He pondered that, and then decided to ask about it later. Right now, Steve was going to tell them what they wanted to know.~~~~Guys, can you all get to the house? I want get to the plot...

@sharkout@graceseggs @ems Esytha jumped into the portal, holding Prince. "AAAAHHHH!!!" She screamed. She found herself in a WHOLE NEW WOOOOORLD. Everything was all... blocky! Then she dropped Prince. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" Prince was blocky too. "I guess I should get used to this." She said, Prince by her side. His collar was all blocky, even. Red with a Lapis Lazuli(The same Lapis her ancestor mined) gem. She went up to a tree and punched it with her bare hands. She punched it multiple times and it gave away. Funny, the whole thing didn't fall. Just a small, rotating, floating block in front of her. She walked up to it and it appeared in her 'Inventory'. "Strange..." She muttered under her breath. Prince mewled as if to say, "What can I do?" "Just stay by me." She replied.

@sharkout True.... XD@graceseggs@BLUECLAW HELLO?--Storm had collected about 20.... Log blocks? Whatever they were, she decided that was enough. Ignoring the "Achievement: Getting Wood!" popup in the top left corner of her vision, she paced over to the cabin. She looked at the wooden door quizzically. 'Does it open normally?' Storm tried to open it, and it snapped open with an annoying sound, startling her.

@ems @sharkout @graceseggs Esytha received a popup that said, "Achievement: Getting Wood!" She cheered and continued until the whole tree was gone. Then the leaves began to disappear and suddenly a tiny tree was floating in front of her. She moved to it and it popped into her inventory as an Oak Sapling. She assumed if she planted it in the ground it would grow a tree. With time, watering, fertilizer, weeding, and plant food of course. She decided to check out her... 'Crafting Table'? It was weird. When she opened it, it showed a 2x2 square. She placed a block of Oak Wood in one of the squares, and it made Oak Wood Planks. She placed a block of Oak Wood Plank in one of the squares, and it did nothing. She was puzzled by this, and went to ask Steve. "Hey, do you know some recipes for the 'Crafting Table'?"

After punching down a few trees, Clara gathered up her bow, arrow, and logs. She glanced at the sun and realized that it would be night pretty soon. She jogged to the house and saw that Storm was already there.@ems@blueclaw@sharkout

@graceseggs @blueclaw @ems xDAdam went to the house. It was nearing nighttime, and he was seeing some strange things. "I wonder- ZOMBIES!!!!! ZOMBIES!!!!! SKELETONS!!!! GIANT SPIDERS!!!!! AHHHHH!!! IT'S THE APOCALYPSE!!!" Adam zoomed into the house, to find the rest already in there. "BOARD UP THE DOORS AND WINDOWS!!! ZOMBIES AND SKELETONS AND GIANT SPIDERS!!!!!""Stop freaking out. They come out every night, but they don't hurt you if you're in a house. I was just showing Esytha how to craft a pick, and a sword. But come on in, now that you're all here, I'll tell you what you need to know.This land used to have many, many people, back in the day. They would all build and destroy, and have a good time. But a few people were asked to go on a quest, and find the way to your dimension. When they had reached the portal, an ancient evil awoke, and tried to stop them. But he was a trickster. He wanted them to think that they had defeated him and open the portal, because he couldn't. They did just that, and I ended up the last one remaining. Then said evil person would come through the portal and destroy everything in your dimension. No weapon there could ever stop him. Your whole world was colonized from those settlers, and you particular children are their great great great great great great great great great grandchildren. You are the one's destined to stop the mighty Herobrine.

@sharkout @graceseggs @ems Esytha hurried and brought her materials inside. She closed the door behind her, and wasn't all that afraid of the monsters. She was showed how to make a bigger crafting table, which she plonked down into the room, and also crafted a wooden pick by mixing sticks and oak wood planks. She also made a wooden sword to defend herself. Prince was already inside, washing himself. Esytha's stomach grumbled. Wasn't there anything to eat around here? More so, a bed? It would be uncomfortable to sleep on the ground. "I'm hungry. Do you have any food?" She said aloud.

Do you have any food?"Storm glanced back at the other girl, rolling her eyes. "We're told that we are supposed to destroy some crazy evil thingy, and all you care about is food?" She asked sarcastically."Who is this Herobrine anyways? Was he thta creepy guy with white eyes by the portal?"

@ems APOCALYPSE!!!! xD what do you mean...? @graceseggs @blueclaw where did your character hear that? xD It's fine.David glanced nervously around the room. "Yeah...I have a bad feeling about this...Creepy guy with white eyes sounds like an "ancient evil" to me. I don't want to fight that guy again...Unless this sword does what it did last time." He shivered. "That guy gave me the creeps. Anyone see what I did there? Creeper? Creeps?" Adam gave a little laugh, but his heart wasn't in it. /We're just a couple of kids...How are we supposed to defeat something that awesome heroes could only sort-of kill?/ Adam thought. /Why us, of all people? This "Steve" seems like a better person for the job./ Adam was about to say as much when Steve stood and started to speak."I will answer all of your questions, and then in the morning there will have to be training. I...expected you to be here earlier, so we will have to speed up the training process. As for food, look in that chest over there." Steve waved his hand in the direction of the chest. "You'll find steak, pork, fish, soup, and even, if you want, rotten flesh. Sounds gross, I know, but it'll get you through in a pinch." He winked. "I only have one bed...but I can whip up a few for the lot of you. Creepy guy trying to get into your world? Yep, that's him. Herobrine. Notch's half brother...YOU DON'T KNOW WHO NOTCH IS!?!?!" Steve said. "HE IS THE CREATOR OF EVERYTHING!!! LIFE, MOBS, BLOCKS, EVERYTHING HERE WAS MADE BY HIS BRILLIANCE!!! Isn't he amazing? He came to this world only once- when your (hours of 'greats' later...) grandparents discovered the portal. Who knows? Maybe he'll show up for you guys too. I hope I can be there when...if it happens."

She rolled her eyes, but was actually quite scared herself. "Besides, it's in our blood." She stepped over to the chest and grabbed a pork chop, munching on it hungrily.

Let me see what it is enchanted with...Ah! Infinity I. That's really good! You can shoot unlimited arrows with this bow. Hey! You should be wary. Herobrine demolishes biomes on a daily basis. Miles and Miles of land. He places lava, lights TNT, can spawn mobs, but the worst things he does in in the mind. He can get into your soul, twist your mind to him, bend your will to live. He can get rid of the very thing you loved the most. He can crack anyone's mind- except for your great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great grandparents, and even they only survived because they were such amazing teammates. You have to be strong of will and heart- and have the courage to challenge Herobrine, who, in terms of this world, is a God. Oh. Two things. One, you're in Minecraft. And two, I don't believe I even know you're names.

@ems @sharkout @graceseggs Esytha listened intently to Steve's words. "I'm Esytha. This is like... A quest... AN ADVENTURE!!!" She yelled, and raised her sword in the air. Prince put his paw on his face. Esytha lowered her sword and checked the chest, and took out the fish and soup. She fed the fish to Prince, of course and ate the soup herself. Also in the chest were the materials needed for a few beds, which she gladly took the amount needed for one. After using the crafting table, she put the bed somewhere safe, and Prince climbed on it. She sat on the bed as well, comforted by its soft embrace, and listened to the others chat.

Clara nodded and set her (apparently) powerful bow down next to the food chest. She opened it up and looked at the contents. She decided on a bowl of soup. She found a spot to sit down and drank her soup. (She couldn't find any spoons for some reason. Odd place, this.) After watching Esytha, Clara crafted her own bed and plopped it down in an empty corner. She sat down and listened to the others speak.@sharkout@blueclaw@ems

Anyway, now that I know all your names, let's get some sleep. I'm going to fight a few mobs, get some XP, the usual. Nighty night!"Adam plopped down a bed and plopped himself on top of it almost as hard. He thought he wouldn't get a night's sleep due to so much happening in one day, but he was wrong. As soon as he laid his head on the pillow, and closed his eyes, he was fast asleep. And snoring. REALLY LOUD snoring.

@graceseggs @sharkout XD @blueclaw--Storm looked confused. Minecraft? XP? She rolled her eyes again, brushing it off. Who cared about a stupid game anyway? An adventure is what Storm always looked for. Yawning quietly, she tried to curl up under the covers of the bed, only to find that she'd have to lay on top of the covers stick-straight. Holding back a sniffle of homesickness, she laid down and tried to sleep.Given the situation, Storm was surprised at how fast she fell asleep. Which is to say, the moment her eyes closed; she was out.

@ems @sharkout @graceseggs Esytha yawned and pulled the covers over her, head lying on pillow. Prince snuggled on the end of the bed, though ever now and then he would shift, or wake up and keep watch. She fell asleep very easily, and woke up after a few seconds. The beautiful light of day streamed through the door, so glorious to her. Suddenly... the situation began to set in for her. "We're in Minecraft... That's my favorite game! How could I have not recognized it?" She said aloud. She got out from under the covers so prince wouldn't wake up, and looked through a window. Most of the monsters were burning, the rest were fleeing. The creepers didn't come close thanks to Prince. She sighed a sigh of relief and waited for the others to wake up.

@blueclaw @ems 😋 SNORINGAdam woke up in a matter of seconds. He didn't feel like he was in bed for more than a few seconds, but he felt like he had had a good nights sleep. It was morning outside, and all the mobs were burring. Adam took a look in the food chest, and pulled out some bread and an apple. He took a bite from the bread, and it was gone in a flash. It tasted amazing. Adam saw that Esytha was up too. "How's it going? Do you like it here? I guess I do...it's just a little weird living a game in real life."

@sharkout @ems @graceseggs "Maybe a little, but living in Minecraft is every gamer's dream come true!" She said, smiling and looking at David. "To tell you the truth, it's one of my favorite games... I didn't remember at first, until Steve told us we were in it." She walked over to the food chest, and grabbed some steak. She ate it rather hungrily.
