How do you transfer CC to another account?

There isn't a way to transfer CC anymore.

@poptarts You can't. There used to be a "Gift CC" feature, but it was removed as it was used for trading (and there were inevitably some scams). CC was not meant to be traded.

It was recently announced in the blog as well as the forums.
