I was going through the site blog and I looked 1 whole year ago and there were different cave cash monthly and a thought turned to my head I just wanted to know:
will they ever be available again

No. Once they're retired, they're retired forever.

But creatures like the Elge and Kujak appear to be annually. ^^ Not sure about hte Elge, but it has come out two years in the row.

But neither is a cash monthly.

@semo2005 For plots, they usually don't. For Halloween last year, they rereleased the Kinump and added three new creatures. It depends on the moderators.
Plots and prizes are different every year

You have to trade with other people. It's best the to check the trade center to see if the creature you want is up for trade.

Here's what's used in the TC.
UFT - up for trade
NFT - not for trade
TNT - transfer not trade
Res - reserved
