I've never felt this sad before, and I really have no reason to be. Today was a really good day, and a lot of great things happened. But I just feel terrible, like there's something weighing down on my chest. Its an actual physical sensation, and I just feel horrible.

Can someone help me feel happy again? I'm hoping that sleep will do the trick, but I don't know. I just don't know why I feel like this.

@sstwins Maybe because after all these great events, you just realized that it's over (maybe haven't realized it consciously yet?). After all, all great things come to an end.

I think after some sleep you'll be fine because it'll be a new day with no set expectations.

@trish Maybe you're right. Some of those things aren't going to end though (such as getting a picture drawn for me that looks really nice). Thanks for the help though! Maybe it is just the events.

Its morning now, and sleep didn't really help. It was really restless sleep too, I couldn't fall asleep for hours and I kept waking up. And I still feel sad!

(Its still me, just on a side.)

Sometimes I'll feel really upset for absolutely no reason. I usually listen to new kinds of music and songs that I haven't heard before (I don't know why this helps, I just like trying out new genres and such) right now I've been leaning into the harder rock genre. But, a lot of people don't like that type of music so you could just listen to whatever type you want. Music always helps me feel better though 😊

@roseshy @sstwins I find that a lot of times, taking a long walk and listening to music helps me. Plus, if you get a good bit of exercise during the day, that should also help you sleep at night. I hope that helps. 😊

@cotton @musicgurl333 Thank you guys so much for replying!! I'm feeling much better now, after being out and about for the whole day in a large group of people. I'm also listening to some music right now. 😊 Your posts really mean a lot to me, thank you both so much!

I'm glad you're not depressed anymore! I usually sing a song my brother hates in his face and watch him try to cover his ears with a pillow.😊 I don't know why, but it cheers me up!

Eat Cake. And Ice cream, together. Always makes you feel better.

OR! Put on some heavy bassed music, and just.. Dance. xD That's what I do when I get sad for no reason. n_n

@sstwins

I have days like that too. No physical sensations but sometimes I get sad for what seems to be no reason. I usually try to do something to distract myself so I'm not thinking about it. It doesn't always work though so when all else fails listening to music makes me feel better.

I'm glad you're feeling better though 😊

It could be Mother Nature taking her cou--

Wait you're not a girl.

Are you?

Wtf me.

Just wtf.

Anywho.~

Uh.. play with your pets, read a book, write about feely things [Emotions, life, whtever has been going on], or just plain cry for no reason.

Or; If you're worried about exams and everything, just relax. Know that if you study too much, it'll stress you out more.

Uh.. maybe it's feelings for someone, but you just don't completely realize who?

Idk.
