Pokemon breeding?

So, recently I've been breeding shuckle's for a staller on my wi-fi team.

I'm trying to get it to have perfect IV's in defens, sp. defense, and HP, since attack, sp. attack, and speed aren't really needed in a shuckle.

I also need it to have the hidden ability Contrary for shell smash raises.

I have a male and female shuckle. Male holding everstone, as to pass down the nature, and the female holding the ev item that passes down HP IV's.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, does anyone have any IV breeding tips I might not know :/
