Oh god... where do I even start?I hate society.I hate it so, so much.Society has caused me to look into a mirror and see a horrible, ugly, fat girl. I can't stop thinking about my flaws. I just can't. Whenever I think about myself I think 'Stupid, fat, ugly girl.' I just can't stop.I have an eating disorder. I'm anorexic. I can't tell my parents, I can't tell anyone. I'm starving myself. I can't stop. I just can't. I try to bring myself to eat, but I can't.I hate this.I need help.

@cat ❤️I know it's hard. But when things get difficult for me, I just get through one day. That's it. I tell myself I'll get through one day. Then when I'm going to bed, I tell myself, I got through today. I can get through tomorrow. Just one more day. I don't look too far ahead, I go on a day by day thing.Maybe you can try something similar. Maybe even with eating. I'm sorry to hear things aren't going well for you. Is there a school counselor you can speak to? Granted, if you're starving yourself they would tell your parents as you're at risk. There's also a kids help phone. You're a lovely person, an dI wish I could do something to help. ❤️

@cat Woah. Do you look at yourself that way because of teasing, because of stereotypes, or because of something else? You have to remember that other people's opinions don't really matter. People will filter through your life like water through the holes in a pasta pot. If they're matter so much to you that you're starving yourself, try to remember that in a few years, you may never see those people again. Your parents are on your side. Talk to them. If they're shocked or angry, you have to make them understand what the problem is. If they want you to get help that you don't want, you have to be able to say no. Telling your problems to people who love you can make you feel better, even if its just a tiny bit.I want you to get up and look in the mirror right now. And I want you to think about everyone who cares about you. I want you to pretend that nothing exists except for people who would write messages like this to help because they care. See if that improves the reflection in the mirror.I really hope this helps. If there's anything else I can do, don't hesitate to let me know!

@cat Sucks to hear that. Talk to someone, it'll really help. As long as you're healthy, it doesn't matter what others think of you.Don't look at your reflection. You have to look inside. Although I've never talked to you for long conversations, you have lots of loyal friends here. Find a way to... throw your feelings out. Draw. Sing. Write. Anything that helps. If you want, you can get try to get thinner. Prove them wrong. Use their insults to push yourself. But most of all, stay strong. We're here to help - at least, I know I am. 😊

@cat Cat....you need to stop listening to whoever is telling you that. Don't drive yourself insane. What other people think...they're only doing it to ruin you. Don't let them do that. Find your own interests. Something that keeps you occupied. As @jix said, you have to find your(and this may sound cheesy) your inner soul. Also, don't try to be anorexic. Diets and abstinence from food aren't going to help. They're only going to harm. You can get thinner(I highly doubt you're obese anyways...) without all that mumbo jumbo. Eating more fruits and veggies and exercise works. Unfortunately, we need to move to exercise, but it'll pay off. And..you're a teenager(I think.) We go through huge changes. Everything hits so suddenly, so drastically, it's unpredictable. So just keep up healthy habits, and there's nothing left you should be doing. We're always here for you, kay? And that includes your parents. As Kelly Clarkson said in her song: "People like uswe've got to stick togetherKeep your head upNothing lasts forever"It won't last. And if it does, ignore them. Their opinions aren't worth it.

@catDon't starve yourself to look better. Yes, our society is stupid, and I hate it too, but not being the best looking person in the world is better than being dead.Your parents love you, and won't be mad at you if you tell them. They can help you more than you think! Also, consider this:Half of everyone is above average intelligence!(think about why) And consider that a lot of people don't go to school!
