You'll need to offer more than that, due to people's attachment.
Trade up to make a full trade lot of old CCs and sometimes, EVEN with that, people will still not trade.

Just beware, dont trade things you will regret.
You will be all like "duh"
But I made that mistake and it made me go on a year long hiatus.
