I was just wondering, if I was the only one here having sleeping paralysis. It doesn't happen on the daily basis, but every once in awhile. For those who doesn't know what it is.- Sleep paralysis consists of a period of inability to perform voluntary movements either at sleep onset (So you'll be sleep, but it'll feel like you're awake and your eyes open, but you won't be able to move, you'll feel paralyzed) It's really creepy, so do anyone here besides myself have them? Lol, I'm just curious.

@solaris @sky @newlife Omg, yes. They're not as creepy as they use to be to me, I have them so much I'm actually kind of use to them.

@fakeworld that happens to me a lot when I force myself out of a lucid dream or astral projection (I don't try astral any more though). It can be really annoying. However, all you have to do is relax and you should wake up.

I have once or twice. It was terrifying for me, it felt like something was in my room.

@qwaszx Everybody experience different type of sleeping paralysis, that's the same for me, it always feels like someone in the room watching me.
