Hair dyeing with kool aid. Help?

So I'm buying som kool aid today to try that but I need to know some things.

How does it work on black, thick curly hair?

What is the easiest and least messy way to do that? (We're living in a hotel right now)

How long will it be in my hair?

I'm planning to get my hair dip dyed blue/green/purple and my bangs blue/green and I'm wondering, can you actually see the colors if you have very dark hair?

With your hair color it wouldn't work to well. I haven't ever tried to use kool aid before, but I have experience with hair dye.

I really have no idea how that works, but I think either a red or pink streak on your bangs would look great😊

My friend tried to highlight her hair with Expo Marker and it looked really bad, so don't try that 😉

I hate to burst your bubble but it probably won't work and if it does, the colour won't last.

I tried it and it didn't work on me, but my sister had dyed one small part of her brown and that part became brownish red. c:

because it didn't work, mom bought bleach and blue dye and I'm bleaching half of my hair right now 8D

want me to post the results?C8

@neko-chan - Oooooo yes!! I want to see what it looks like O.o PLEASE!! I so want to dye my hair xD Light blue would be amazing I think xD For me anyways..though in black hair it might look sooooo amazing!! 😱

I colored my face cuz I look very ugly right now xD

the left one is brownish blond and the right one is brownish red because I forgot to wash out the kool aid xD

haha yeah xD But I did get a little bit help from mom c:

It took 100 hours to wash all the color and you can't even see the blue since it's a dark blue :c You can't see any difference between my black hair and blue hair |P But I think you can see the blue in very bright light 😸

You need to have amazing eyes to see the blue color xD

my little sister also has dark hair but her hair got still a little red after the kool aid dip dye 😸

oh and remember to look at some kool aid hair dyeing videos so you know how to do it, and it will be VVEERRYY messy xD

And today, I bought color hair spray and more extensions and a better straightening iron so I'll make my hair awesomesauce tomorrow C8

My hair is light brown and not so thick. I used two envelopes with blueberry flavour. I guess.. that's my "secret" lol
The results really depends on the hair type and colour.

@neko-chan I've tried this before, and from my experience, having it mixed into a paste then wrapped up in tinfoil on your hair seems to work best, leave it for a good hour or so. I'm afraid that with really black hair it might not show up well, especially with the light colors.
