"Yup." I say. I take Peters hand and walk out of the door. I laugh and smile. We get up to the manager. "Oh hi. We need some money for outfits... Maybe $1ooo?" I suggest. He nods and gives us each a check for $5oo.

My mind swirls. Happyness, joy, pride, anger, rage, fear. All bundled up. I fall to the ground clutching my head. It pounds, voices inside. "He loves you. Wants you to kiss him again. Kiss him again." it says. As if it's controlling me I lean in a kiss him again. "Keep kissing him." it says. After 30 seconds I pull back.

Peter drew back, catching his breath that he had forgot about. He shivered at his thoughts, then frowned. Rue would take that the wrong way. And besides, he did enjoy it, he had to admit. It was different, and so captivating. He looked at Rue, his heart pounding.
