A huge shadow-wolf loomed over Black Ice. "Dad!" Black Ice snarled. "What are you doing, tearing you son apart!!!!"
"We will conquer the Earth, son. Just come over to our side. We will win. Join the winning side."
"No!"
Black Ice's father, with one claw, slashed Black Ice's neck.

EDIT- before "dad" comes into scene: Black Ice looked at Eclipse. "RUN! THIS IS AN ORDER!" Black Ice barreled into Eclipse and Eclipse went flying a few feet backward. "It's life or death," whispered Black Ice, his eyes filling with tears. "Please. Run."

Storm listened as the Alpha recited something, and she leapt across the river. "The Dark Wolves, hm? Listen, I'll be back but don't do anything stupid!" She snarled the last bit out, and streaked off into the forest, howling for her loner friends. Surely they'd come, judging by the howls Storm received in reply.

He let out a yelp when his Alpha suddenly shoved him back. Eclipse was knocked back, though he heard the conversing. He stood up, noticing the pain in his shoulder, and how strong his leader was. His amber eyes widened when he saw the shadow, and glanced at Kita, and at Storm, who'd run off howling.

Blood seeped out of Black Ice's neck wound. Bllod started covering Black Ice's body. Black Ice howled unconsciously, kicking out in pain.

"I am the Shadowmaster."

The shadowmaster knocked Kita away from him. "Take this disgrace back to your stupid clan."

The Shadowmaster dissolved into pure mist and went back to Shadowland.

Storm returned with her friends to find the Alpha's body broken and bleeding. Her friends backed away a bit. Storm approached Kita hesitantly. "Is he dead?" She asked bluntly, trying to show no emotion. But she was obviously tense.

Eclipse looked at Kita for a moment, unsure what to do. "What ... ?" He looked back to the shadow and his Alpha, and realized the shadow had disappeared, and everything was like it was before. Except, of course, Black Ice was bleeding out of his neck. He glanced to Storm when he heard her voice again. Behind her were a few more wolves, who he assumed were who she had been calling for earlier. She looked like she was struggling to keep calm.

He blinked. "Right. I'm the healer." Eclipse glanced desperately around, hoping there were some herbs. If not, then he'd have to run back to camp, which would probably take too long.

The wolf turned to Kita and the loners. "Can you find cobwebs?" He demanded, looking around anxiously, feeling helpless as Black Ice howled in pain.

Kita nodded. She then padded off, looking around for some cobwebs. She spotted some and carefully grabbed then by sticking them to herself on the face.
"Just take them from my face," she said, anooyed by the sticky webs irritating her.

He had to keep himself from glaring at Storm. "Maybe, but it's not that hard to find a couple of cobwebs." Then he turned to Kita, nodding in gratitude as he grabbed the clump off, and pressed them into the gaping gash in Black Ice's neck. It was soaked almost instantly. "Hold these." He commanded to no one in particular, then released the cobwebs, and sniffed around, desperately searching for an herb.

Storm stepped up and held the cobwebs in place, ignoring the healer's reply. "You can go now." She snarled quietly to her friends, who immediately dashed off. They were clearly put off by her current demeanor.

He forced himself to take a deep breath to calm down. If they had enough cobwebs, and they applied pressure, the bleeding would eventually stop ... er, hopefully. For now, he would have to find something to keep out infection. Eclipse scouted the area, sniffing. With relief, he spotted a bright spot of yellow. Marigold. He bent down to pull off a few leaves, and chewed them into a poultice before walking back to Black Ice and applying it to the wound.

~Silver woke up to the others voices, but they seemed far awy. Then she heard a scream of agony.She quickly ran to them. As she ran she hoped nothing went bad. She tryed to run as fast as she could, but it was a long way.~



Wind


~Wind woke up to Silver running away. He sat there for a minute, listening to the one, two, three, four, of the barely audible padding of his cousin's feet hitting the ground. One, two, three, four, one, two , three, four. Wind looked around to see if any of the others were around, but saw no one. He wondered where they went and if they were okay. Then he listened to Silver's one , two, three, four steady beat of her paws once again. He wondered if she was going to find the others. He got up to his feet and ran after Silver. ~

Clover awoke in her cave. Sure she was part of a pack but she never slept near them. "Avery wake up" Clover said as she nudged the wolf outside her cave. "Ugh..just a few...more minutes." Avery yawned. "No now I think I heard something" Clover said nudging Avery a little harder now. "Hey I stayed up all morning and last night to protect you from intruders." Avery said now fully awake. "You didn't sleep for me. Don't do that you need your sleep just as much as i do." Clover said putting her paw on Avery's. Avery began to blush. "Um I know but um you need protecting." Avery said. "Yea i do but i can protect myself okay" Clover said.Then she licked Avery's jaw and took her paw off his."So what exactly did you hear" Avery said blushing even more. "I heard wolves and one of those wolves is in pain." Clover said. She than began to run into the woods. "Hey wait for me" Avery said running after Clover.

Kita hissed.
"Who was that shadowy wolf anyways?" she spat glancing at Black Ice's deep gash on his throat.
Kita then sat down, waiting for Eclipse to continue healing, she tried to keep her calmest. Trying still to remain calm, she looked around for something to distract her from the bloody gash. Kita stared at the moon. Her ear twitched as she thought she heard someone running towards them. She turned around and saw Silver and Wind.

Wind's face filled with horror. He ran over to Black and looks him over with sadness. Silver walks over slowly and bows herr head in sadness. "We better do something. Wind, go do a perimiter check. We don't want anymore of their kind comeing again. Me and Kita and Eclipse will heal."
