Star pet suggestion

I have noticed that there are these pets wandering around called 'star pets' or what have you because they have stars over their image (which makes them more rare) but besides that this star does nothing...
I was thinking:
What if a star pet had an extra evolution? Only one that can be obtained by the pet having a star? The evolution itself could be extremely hard to get on its own even.
Or maybe the last evolution of a star pet could be a different colour?

@darkodraco Star creatures should have something else, in my opinion, but I'm not sure if this could be the answer to that though.

I was also thinking of these pets to possibly be easier to grow up. But I thought the other option was better, haha.

But does anyone know why these star creatures were created in the first place since they do absolutely nothing? What makes them so 'rare'? I've been wondering this for a long time but I still haven't got an answer.

Because they are rare, probably you can have 1 star creature every milion or more eggs of the same tipe xD You can hardly find starred commons in the cave and it's even harder find one when you buy an egg on the CC Shop...
So for example a full hatched common is around 50-60k but a starred one it's double priced cause rarer to get...

I honestly don't like the idea of adding more than the simple star cause there will be too much difference between a regular one and a starred and I also think it will be really heavy for the site to support too much differences with every each egg...

Star eggs are hard to find so people just value them higher. Besides that there is no difference.

Yes it does make sense that an extra level or what not could be heavy on the site, But I think that the star has to mean something more. There's no reason for it.

Hmm.. I see. I once managed to get a Star Rosse but sadly I didn't know a thing about its value. I just saw it as a normal cave creature among all the other commons. Better remember this the next time (if) I bump into a star creature. Thank you!

Although that didn't still quite answer to my question, ahah. 😃

I guess it goes on tastes, I actually like starred eggs and other users dont, in other hands I hate freezed ones but many people seems to like that, so it goes on each one to choose what to do...

I have nothing really against star pets just that people pay money for those sometimes and I don't think people are getting their moneys worth. You know?

Frozen pets have their own stuff going on too, but freezing a pet actually does something.
