Taylor felt a little shake and opened her eyes slowly and saw a girl with lavender eyes. "Wow where am I and who are you?" Taylor asked as she backed away from the girl. 'Is she like me?' Taylor asked herself in her head as she stared at the girls eyes. Then she remembered her hawk. "Raver" Taylor shouted. Then Raver dived down from the sky and dodged some trees to get to Taylor. He landed on her shoulder and looked at the girl in front of Taylor, curiously.

"I'm Acka and this is Funny," Acka said while pointing to Funny. Funny transformed into a hawk and began to talk to Raver. "You were walking while sleeping and I found you in the forest. I carried you back here. What's your name?"

"Well nice to meet you Acka and Funny. I'm Taylor and this is Raver" Taylor replied. "I was sleep walking. You sure because I usually only do that when I have a nightmare. Oh wait I forget about the sleep walking and nightmare thing a lot. Also I don't live here, I live like 1 mile from here." Taylor added.

Raver looked at Funny and listened to what he was saying. Then Raver replied.

alright sounds fine with me *Mentally erase former post* and I will start from continuing my intro post...

Quintice continues to run in the forest being lead by Shiver. Quintice particularly likes running in the morning because she feels the brisk cold air and enjoys solitary company with Shiver. On this particular morning, she notices a blurry mass up ahead. *Odd I thought I was the only one that ran this early* She thinks to herself. Running ahead Shiver and Quintice run to see a boy about her age with choppy brown hair and a tall runner's frame. She looks over at the boy and notices lavender eyes. Both stop and stare at each other, panting. The boy recovers more quickly, smiling and greeting, "Cool eyes, I thought I was the only one with this color." Quintice looks down blushing, "Yeah me too," and runs off before the boy could respond.

"Funny, come on let's help Taylor get to her home." Acka transformed into a black mare and Funny follow while snorting. Acka looked at Taylor and found her staring wide eyed at her. "What," Acka asked.

"Um your a horse so that means your a shapeshifter. That's AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!" Taylor said with her still wide eyes. "So what am I supposed to do, get on your back?" Taylor asked.

Raver got a little freaked out so he flew back up to the sky and flew for a bit.

"This isn't normal?" Acka looked at her hooves. "Well I guess you should ride me or Funny unless you want to walk a mile." Funny began to do a series of nieghs that meant "Duh." Ignoring Funny Acka said,"I've lived with Funny as long as I can remember so I don't know. Where'd your hawk go?"

"I mean I was asking because I didn't just want to hop on your back with out your permission and I guess it isn't normal for me because I can't do it an di haven't seen someone do that before" Taylor replied. Then when Acka asked about Raver, Taylor began to look around for him, then she remembered he likes to fly when something he isn't used to happens. "Oh Raver. He is flying because I guess when he saw you and Funny change, he freaked out." Taylor added before she hopped on Acka's back.

As Acka carried Taylor towards her home with Funny above flying as a owl, they heard an alarming screech from a hawk. " Is that Raver," Acka asked.

"Um yea. He usually does it when he.......senses or sees danger" Taylor said a little freaked because they were really close to her house now and her father has been sick for a while. "I have to go. I'm sorry" Taylor said as she jumped off of Acka's back and ran towards her house. There was an ambulance and her father on a streatcher. Taylor searched for her mom and found her crying. Taylor ran over to her. "What happened? Is he going to be okay?" Taylor asked.

"He had a stroke and I hope so sweetie" Taylor's mother said as she pulled Taylor into a hug. Taylor watched as the ambulance drove with tears streaming down her cheeks.

Raver flew down to where Acka was and screeched again. Then he transformed into a parrot. "Her father had a stroke and is being rushed to the hospital. About me transforming, please don't tell Taylor" Raver said.

As Acka watched Taylor go into the village Raver told her the story. "Okay Raver. But you don't have to turn into a parrot to talk, I understand Funny perfectly in every one of his transformations. I think because I can turn into every one of them." I hope Taylor's dad will be okay, Acka thought. With her keen ears she heard what sounded like a boy and a girl talking.

"oh okay but did you know I am actually her brother and I can transform back into a human" Raver asked. then he listened and heard a boy and girl talking. "Just so you know I haven't changed into a human in like 13 years" Raver added. Then he turned back into a hawk and flew towards Taylor's village.

Taylor hugged her mom as she cried but when she finished crying, Taylor pulled back and looked up at her mom. "Is it okay if I stay in the woods tonight. You know how it helps me feel better" Taylor exclaimed. Her mother nodded with a smile. "Oh Thank you so much" Taylor said happily as she hugged her mother and then she ran back into the woods.

Raver stopped in mid-air when he saw Taylor running back into the woods. Then he turned and followed Taylor. Taylor got into the woods. "Acka, I'm back" Taylor shouted.

"Okay What do you want to do?" Silently she made small signs to Funny, who in turn transferred the signs to Raver. Translated the signs were saying, "Raver come now and comfort Taylor. I can still sense her feelings."

Embarrassed Quintice runs further down into the forest not really focussing on where. Shiver stops and plops down in grass and Quintice soon follows. *He had the same color eyes* she thinks trying to process. Suddenly, Shiver gets up and sniffs the air. She catches a scent and takes off running down a path. Quintice groans, but gets up to follow Shiver. She drifts off into the forest after Shiver until she stops running into a bird. The bird looks at her questioningly, almost as if this is a different bird than most. "Hi birdy," Quintice says now in search for Shiver. The bird then flies in front of Qunitice and chirps loudly.

Quintice sees in the distance two girls running towards the bird; she doesn't know how to react so she stands still and closes her eyes hoping she was in a dream...suddenly she opens her eyes and the scenery has completely changed. Instead of a forest, Quintice ended up in the middle of a hospital room. A man, who looked very sick, was lying in a bed. He looked up at the sound of Quintice and smiled, "Taylor you came." Quintice was confused and replied, "why do you think I am Taylor?" "Because you have her eyes," the man replied and reached out to touch her. Quintice jumped and ran out of the room as fast as she could.

Taylor could hear it and looked around. She saw a girl and then the girl was gone. "Shes one of us" Taylor exclaimed. Then she closed her eyes and pictured being where the girl had been. When she opened her eyes she was in her father's hospital room. "Daddy" Taylor said. Her father turned his head and looked at Taylor.

"Oh Sweetie. Weren't you just in here?" Her father asked. Taylor shook her head.

"Where did that girl go daddy?" Taylor asked. Her father pointed out the door. Taylor thanked him and kissed him on the forehead. then she ran after the girl.

Taylor then suddenly disappeared. "Funny where'd she go?" Acka was very confused. Her eyes searched carefully around but found no sign of Taylor. "Taylor!!!! Where are you?"

Raver watched as Taylor was in view and then just disappeared. Then he remembered what Taylor had said. He flew down and landed in front of Acka and turned back into a human. "Hello. Um Taylor used her Dream powers to teleport to where the other girl went because that girl was like all of us." Raver said as he looked into Acka's eyes. "Oh and when I am a human you can call me Austin. Okay?" Austin said.

"Sorry, Raver but I like calling you Raver," Acka said starting to shy away a little. Animals, shapeshifters, sometimes girls Acka could deal with but she had never met a human boy before. "Anyways Raver I can't do that. Funny why is that?" Acka watched Funny's display of flips, bubbles, and bobs. Okay it's because I have the painting thing and changing into very animal, Acka thought.

"Okay well then you can just call me Raver" Austin exclaimed. Then he watched Funny do flips, bubbles and bobs and knew what he said. "Well why don't you just think of where Taylor and that girl could be and paint it" Austin suggested.

Taylor had been chasing the girl for a while but she lost her after she had turned one corner. Taylor was to tired to stay in that one place to long so she closed her eyes and opened them. She was now at an abandoned warehouse. "Why am I here?" Taylor asked herself.

Austin felt a little change and knew that Taylor and the girl weren't in the same place anymore. "Okay Taylor just moved to a different place so just try to find her." Austin said.

"Instead of using paint and paint brushes, use your fingers and your imagination. Okay?" Austin exclaimed.

Quintice, like her usual self, continues to run until she is lost. *Man I should really carry a map with me* she thinks to herself. Quintice reaches inside her and find's Shiver's voice. "Shiver I'm in trouble can you help?" "Quintice, I can only do so much when you are lost. There are people looking for you: find them." "But how??" Silence answers her. Frustrated, she kicks a can in front of her. The can flies through the air and hits a window of a building. *Great, I hope this is a dream* Quintice says morbidly. She continues to wander until she ends up at a cottage house. It is a modest house, but somehow she recognizes it. She then sees flashes of the man in the hospital laughing and opening the door to see a little girl run into his arms. "These are memories, but not mine." She recognizes the little girl from before and suddenly becomes face to face with her back in the hospital.
