That is kinda harsh...Do I think the current art is as refined as most of EC's other art? No, objectively. It just isn't. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm not trying to bash the artist, but if you compare, say, the Narlock to the Oos, the Narlock is just a lot more detailed and polished. NOW, is that a bad thing? No, not at all. The Oos still has a certain quality about it that I can respect and even an admire. At the same time, though, I'm not going to pretend that I don't see where people are coming from when they say they're having trouble with this new art.Unfortunately, when they throw around venomous statements like "A five-year-old could have done that!" or "Hire a new artist ASAP!", it's a little hard for me to want to empathize.

If a five year old can draw like that, I might aswell just give up drawing altogether. That's some impressive skill for a child.Joking aside, I agree that it's quite a harsh thing to say. It's your opinion, and I completely understand that you're allowed to voice it. I'm not here to tell you your opinion is wrong or anything, because that would be stupid of me.All I want to say is that these were actually drawn by somebody, and to have your art openly mocked when you're trying the hardest you can to please a site with thousands of people... Well, I'm just feeling terrible for the artist right now. Offer criticism, by all means, but keep it constructive. Explain why the art doesn't appeal to you. Saying you think it was drawn by a child in MS Paint is not very helpful in my opinion.

@metaphor I'm sorry for sounding rude, I think I was half asleep when I did that. I take back the five year old part, but I never said find a new artist ASAP. They had three months to find one. Not all that hard considering the fact that there is a lot of talented people on here that would want to volunteer.----I also said that if you were sensitive to leave, I was being harsh, and I warned.
