tasma stuck at first stage

my tasma has 663 views and is still at its first stage! It even says it evolved. please help me!

The image will refresh soon, usually the message comes a bit early than the evolition, and actually I can already see your Tasma at 2nd stage xD

You're welcome, just remeber to ping back when answer in the forum, so people will know it.
You just need to click the bell under the icon of the other user. You can ping max 5 persons, but works only in the forum, not on the profiles ;D
