OPEN! PLEASE JOIN AND POST!~Have you been craving to focus all your energy and attention on a roleplay that might possibly die overnight or not begin at all, whih would be a colossal waste of time?~Do you constantly think about roleplaying Avian-Humans every second?~Deep down, is all you want to do write a story with many others by becoming another character who has massive wings?~When you go to sleep at night, are your dreams focused on typing up replies with mutation characters on the computer?If you answered yes to any of these questions, you're in luck! because, here is my Maximum Ride roleplay! If you have not read these books, that's okay -- but look it up anyway! Because this rp will only be loosely based off the whole concept of the series. To sum it all up in a short and quick sentence, a flock of mutated bird kids are trying to save the world while evading evil people evasively and dealing with the hardships that come along with the normal bird kid life! 😸 Got it? Have you looked it up? Okay! I shall now begin with the roleplay stuff!Rules§Regular Egg Cave rules apply!§No godmodding and/or perfect characters.§Be nice please. (Put 'I am an avian human' in the 'Other' section)§Only 2 characters Maximum (Ha! Get it? Maximum? No? Okay...). No more than 7 people a flock.§I am the goddess, queen, president, ruler, and everything else of this thread and what I say goes! A bit later on, the most active will sort of co-rule this thing. When I am gone, whoever I choose is in charge. I can randomly have some bad guy come and rip your wing off if you or your character is bothering me!§You are allowed to let your characters personality be revealed as the rp continues.§Post at least 5 lines please.§Something terrible must happen quite often! @ilovedoctorwho Sorry, never heard of these books before D: Maybe cause I'm 26 y.o. and it seems like they're young adult novels, so I don't think it's my style xDBut good luck in finding members ^^

I ONLY LIKE READING ABOUT HIM BEING NEAR ONE GIRL, MAX!!!!! Okay, sorry! Total freak out there 😸 But with Maya, he only liked her because she was so alike Max. If she had looked different and acted different, he probably wouldn't have liked her at all. It must've hurt them both so much, Max and Maya!!!! </3Okay, ignore me. I'm talking too much. Do you think I should begin roleplaying? I guess I will...

Scaling a building, she checked to make sure this area was deserted; it wouldn't end well if someone saw her next action. The tall girl shrugged off her light jacket and unfurled her wings quickly and leaped into the sky, her large wings beating against the air. Lifting into the sky, she shivered as the morning breeze encased her. Stretching her wings, she caught an updraft and soared along the sky, her figure outlined by the dimmed sun which slowly rose behind her.Abi whispered into CL's ear, a small, forced smile on her face. They both looked exhausted, hungry, and about to give up. But they wouldn't, they couldn't. Calla Lily muttered and turned away, obviously ready to fall asleep in this uncomfortable, noisy place. Her eyelids dropped and she attempted, to no avail, to rest. Whimpering, she swallowed and nodded at her twin sister. Soon it would be time.

Issie had been working on her cage for a while, she had manages to make the latch loose, she slipped it out whilst the doctors weren't looking, she slipped ot of her cage and stretched her wings out. She was about to slip out of a window when she heard a small whine coming from a nearby cage. Inside she saw a small hybrid Alsatian/lion/bird hybrid. He stood up when he saw her and licked her fingers through the cage, she couldnt just leave him so she undid the cage lock. He jumped out into her arms licking her face. "shh" she said and squeezed herself and the animal out of the window.

Her tiny fingers slipped through the bars of the door, her little hands following. She touched the latch, playing with it. It made a small click, nearly inaudible. Calla's fingers trailed back inside as a mousy-haired woman neared their cage. Her eyes lit up as she stopped by the cage, a strange look on her face, almost restrained as if she wished to pull them apart and insect their brains right now. "Come on, you little miracles, she said, her hands reaching for the latch.... Chomp! Removing her pearly whites from the crimson indentation in the woman's digits, Abi snarled and pulled back. A look of shock and horror now occupied the lady's face and she clutched her gushing fingers. One of her fingernails was crushed in half and she squeezed the areas, trying to staunch the painful flow. Glaring, the woman left the two girls who eased the door open. They flinched as it creaked and slipped out of their cage. They tackled and knocked out a big guy who spotted them but other than that, they were golden. Once outside, they spread their black and silver wings, lifting off the ground. They flew through the air, avoiding tranquilizing darts and hiding from 'copters. Landing upon a small tree shrouded by shrubbery and heightened trees. (They're gonna get caught again, soon)Alysabelle landed at a large cave mouth, full of darkness. Walking inside, she sat back and relaxed. Her slightly narrowed eyes skimmed the cave with cautiousness. Every moment she had to be prepared, ready at all times for an attack or surprise, her life counted on it. Pushing her lengthy hair out of her small face. Her slight but curvy frame stood out in the darkness, a bright star in the midnight sky. Her face raised with a frightened, deer-in-the-headlights look on her face. Becoming still as ever, she listened, catching only bits and pieces of sentences. "... this one. Has to... tendency... caves. Maybe... check it out... don't care, do it NOW!" the voice raised at the end, so she heard the rest clearly. Shrinking to the ground, Alys slunk to the back of the cave and climbed up the wall, using few handholds and ridges. Spread out across the top, everything was pitch-black. The only thing visible was her glowing grey eyes, her breathing most nearly stilled and quiet.A cat-like girl cowered in the dog crate, her short body mashed up against the back. Although metal bars and plastic ridges dug into her skin, she never once moved. A man in a white lab coat reaching for her was the reason why, and she protracted her long, clear claws and hissed angrily. He was wearing padding, as not to be bitten, and yanked her out of the crate, pushing her towards another room. She passed many crates and winced when she saw all of the horrible 'mistakes' the scientists had created. Then, as they passed the threshold, her eyes drifted to the crate where her brother had once been. A tiny, almost nonexistent tear dampened her soft cheek. Then she noticed a large dog lying there, sprawled out and panting heavily, a sad but determined look on her face.

Her claws poked her own skin, where drips of red rich blood smothered out onto her elbow. She was all cold, as she lifted her fingernail and poked it through the cage holes. Suddenly, a large man with fuzzy hair came in with a fine layer of protective clothing. "You stay." He trembled, as Emily snatched out her claw which scarred him.

@tralala22Alysa remained there, perched on the top using her climbing skills. She strained to hear anything else but all there was were loud, but obviously the person was trying to be quiet, footsteps. She could her heart pounding faintly in her imprisoning chest and her short breaths softly falling to the desolate cave floor. The footsteps came closer and reached her, stopping right below. She froze, half-expecting someone to grab her and shove the girl in a tiny cage. "Do you think she heard us?" a man's voice whispered. "Well they do have extraoardinary hearing," another voice, the one from outside the cave pointed out sardonically. A scuffle erupted between the two and Alysa took advantage of the situation. Dropping down, her foot connected with a plump face and she rammed her fist into a stomach. She landed on the floor, but slipped from all the blood. Hands grabbed her, fists hitting her head trying to knock her out. Although it took a while, she regained her composure and held a hand to her face, staunching the flow of crimson blood coming from her mouth. Knocking them over, she raced to the mouth of the cave, her wings snapping open as she leaped into the air.

@ilovedoctorwho---Emily suddenly heard a racket to her right side. Glancing over, she discovered another one of her species trying to get out and not sleeping. "Hell.... No." She said, hoping the other wouldn't mistake her of saying hello. She didn't feel like starting a news conversation when she is badly injured by a rusty cage that kept her hostage for many years.
