Yes, there is.

You can feed your creatures, adopt them from the Cave, Mysterious Asteroid or the Adoption Center, customize your creatures with travels from the Travel Agency, go explore the world of Ark, place a bet in the Alkub Racing game, earn ECs by feeding coves, post on the forums on various things, post on people's walls to make friends or to ask for a feed back when you've fed their coves, complete the Site Trivia everyday to test your knowledge on Egg Cave as well as to earn extra ECs, trade for your favorite creatures and overall, just be yourself and have fun.
