We are magical birds in a forest. We each own a crystal, Emerald, diamond, saphire, opal, etc. Each gem/jewel gives us ONE FAIR power, like medium healing, night vision, emotion reading, aura reading, etc. You may have 4 peeps. We are fighting the Evil dark birds, whose gems are clouded over. Um, any other qs, please post here!

Anja (short for Lohanja) solemnly flew over the rocky landscape of her territory. there was one little peace garden in the middle of it all. Granted, it was something, but was it worth the time and energy? 'Its all I have to do right now.' she thought. It started raining. Nothing like a little rain to make a day perfectly HORRID.

As Frost swooped down for the kill, a drop of rain fell on her. Great, it distracted her long enough to let the mouse escape. Great, now, she was going to have to hole up with an empty stomach. She flew to her nest right as the worst of rain was coming. She added a few leaves to the rain protective temporary roof and huddled up.

Frost flew after an osprey. She swooped above it. A fish dropped and Frost caught it and flew home to her nest. She dropped it in her small nook in her hole part of her nest, then set out to enjoy the day.

Anja flew over to the peace garden and curled up in the cave next to it. The cold hard floor reassured her.

Frost spotted a storm from the east. It'll be coming by soon. She caught a mouse for break feast, and went home to prepare for a storm.

Anja wove some twigs and straw for her new nest.

All debris was scooped out of the open part of the nest, and twigs and branches were loosely woven into the branches above, along with a few leaves on top. Frost was satisfied, so she flew out to find another meal.

Anja was officially bored. The storm was moving, but she had finished her nest and it was still sprinkling outside. Finally it moved on to the unfortunate birds and creatures of the west.

Anja exited her nest. Finally it had moved on away from the garden. A couple sparrows flew around her head. She waved them off and took to the air. Her talent had been given to her at birth, a jewel in a gold box in southern china. "Mama? na shi na?"

She is a feng huang, from china but she left china when she was seven to come here.

There was a storm in the east and it moved to the west just now. Other wise, there isn't anything interesting going on right now...

Tosk calmly preens her feathers in her nest. Ugh, she thinks, another storm heading this way. This can only be the work of those terrible Dark Ones. She shudders. If only someone could destroy them... Tosk's beak hits something hard in her feathers. Oh yes, that useless stone....
