You and a few others are having a normal day, when all of a sudden the sky gets dark and blue and red lights beam down from the sky. Strange figures began to fall from the beams of light and began to capture or shot people. You and your family began to gather supplies in a hurry and began to run and find protection from these strangers.

The strange creatures have taken over the world and are everywhere,most of the time. The strange figures don't like the sun or light because it burns their very sensitive skin but some of the aliens have developed techniques to protect themselves from the sun/light.

- you could make your family go out and try to get other supplies and then get captured or killed or you could have no family and grow up alone.

- you can be an animal, survivor or alien.

- you can have special abilities

Well the difference between a human and a survivor is nothing but their names.

The aliens are trying to take over earth and take humans and use them as slaves.

Name: Pascal Atworth
Race(animal, alien or survivor): Alien
Looks: Pascal has deep gray skin, the color of steel, and his eyes are black and white(white along the outside, and they fade to black on the inner part.) He's really strong, and very tall. His teeth are like icicles, long and thin. His black hair is cut short and sticks straight up.
Personality: Pascal is said to be essentially emotionless. He doesn't worry about emotions much. He only cares about fighting and winning. He is very determined, and the only thing he wants to do is fight or practice fighting.

Other(like special abilities, your weapons): Pascal has a special cloak that he can use to turn invisible and teleport. Aside from that, Pascal can turn into a shadow, and can control darkness. $

Name:Lucas Arnterment
Race(animal, alien or survivor):Survivor
Looks: He has snow white hair, and is very pale. His eyes are a pale, icy blue, and he has no freckles. He always wears a white shirt, white shorts, and no shoes.
Personality: Lucas is very shy, and almost never talks unless he really feels comfortable around you. He is tentative of his powers, and doesn't like to use them often.

Other(like special abilities, your weapons): Limited ability to control light. Lucas can take away a light source and keep it within himself to use later. However, he only takes away the light itself (if he takes away the light of a flame, it will still give of the same amount of heat unless you put it out, but it won't light up a dark room.) When he has light stored within himself, he can use it to make a fire, relight the fire or light bulb in which he took the light from, light a light bulb even if it's burned out, direct it to his eyes which will cause them to glow blue and give him night vision, shoot it from his hands (which essentially turns his hands into flashlights), or create objects/animals out of the light which he can use to fight. He can, however, run out of light, and be unable to use his powers. He can also make light shine completely through something or some one, making them or it invisible. $

Looks: short gold hair and hazel eyes. She wears black skinny jeans, a black tank top' black fingerless gloves and black combat boots. Tanned skin and she is 5'7.
Personality: She is a tough, caring but she can be rude and a fighter.

Pets: a male black German Shepherd named Bullet.
Other: she can shapeshift into people/creatures she has seen before and any animal she chooses.

Name: Yasmin
Gender: Female
Race: Alien
Looks: long silver hair and black eyes. Wears a navy blue long sleeved shirt, a long flowy black skirt and she walks around barefoot.
Personality: she looks kind but she is only that way to her own kind. She is rude and loves to fight humans but she can sometimes be nice to humans.

Other: carries around to swords and can absorb energy by touch and use it to her advantage, only when she is crying though.

Looks:
Jay, is 6"2 with chocolate brown hair, and ice blue eyes, her skin tone could be called white,
but she is a little darker, but not enough to be considered tan, her clothing of choice,
when she has one is usually a black tee and dark blue jeans, mostly to blend in with the night, she is in what people call perfect shape but the truth is she is just starving.
Personality:
Jay is a real firecracker, maybe thats the reason she has lived this long,
maybe not, jay tends to be overly friendly and a bad flirt, she is also mischievous so watch out for pranks or traps,
if you challenge her trust be aware of the consequences, truth be told jay is a genius, just kidding she is mildly intelligent.
History:

Pets: A peregine falcon.(named Solo)
Other: Jay's ability is fire, yep I said she was a firecracker didn't I warn you XD, she can make fire with just a snap of her fingers, it started around the time of the invasion.$$$$

Oswin oh handsome oswin(lol), oswin is 6"1, with fiery red hair, and deep chocolaty brown eyes, his skin color is a nice tanned shade, with his complimenting clothing, of a suit jacket, with a black tee and light blue jeans.
Personality:
Oswin is a real heartthrob, but sure enough he is oblivious of himself, his intellegance is very interesting, and he pretty much trusts anyone, dumb on his part, he think different than most people say if a person were to say something he would probably take it in the most amazing way, crazy and nice.
Pets: A wolf hybrid that escaped after it was brought by the aliens
Other: His power is flight yep, wants some $$$$'s?

Looks:black teeshirt/black skinny jeans/black sneakers/black long wavy hair/light brown freckles/gray eyes/mouth is a kinda frown.
Personality: loner, kind, VERY loyal, is kind of mistrustful
History(if you want one): No parents, they've been slave-ified. She never really liked them- she had to be all girly around them.
Pets(if you want any, maximum is 2): Black wolf named whisper
Other(like special abilities, your weapons): Ooh this is epic$, she can be all ninja like (moving quietly, being almost invisible and everything), and her weapons are some knives and a bow and arrow. She can also float. Shadow has a "talent" for stealing things.

Race: Animal / Cat
Looks: Starling is a light gray she-cat with pale dark green eyes. On her left shoulder, there is a small white bird feather printed there.
Personality: Starling is a very energetic cat. She is very sensitive though. Starling loves to cheer on her friends when they are down and help any one in need of help. Even though she may look like a small harmless one, she has quite the spirit.
History: Starling doesn't remember much, but she was raised by small birds, called starlings. She knew she was different from the tiny birds, but she didn't care. Someday she wished that she could fly like the birds.
Pets: She has a small pet bird, a starling named Sylver.
Other: Some other animals call her a Bird-Cat. Along with the printed white bird feather paint on her shoulder she has a real white starling feather that hangs on her ear. It can turn into a dagger which she uses to help her fight. Her hearing is also legendary. $

Dear Diary,
This all started about 1 year ago, I was at the dinner table with my family, when we began to hear screams of terror and confused voices. My family and i went outside to see what was causing all the commotion and we saw that the sky was all dark and lights were coming down from the sky. Then from those lights strange creatures began to fall. I called them aliens and the word just caught on but these aliens began to capture and kill random people. I began to freak out and so did my family. I had to use all my strength to hold my dog, Bullet, back. My family and I then began to gather things that we truly needed and then we left our house and sought out protection. When we finally found protection, my parents and my older brother left Bullet and I so they could go and find supplies but when a few hours passed they never returned. I just hope they were captured, instead of killed. I don't know why I always write this story over and over again, I mean I guess its so I won't forget that this is real not some sci-fi action movie. All I wish to do today is find other survivors, gather supplies and search for my only family, besides Bullet.

"Man Bullet. My hand hurts from all that writing" Alice said as she tried to shake the pain in her hand away. Bullet gave Alice a confused look and then wined. "I know boy, but I have to do it so I won't forget" Alice said as she patted Bullet's head. Then she stood up and grabbed her shotgun and 3 flashlights. Bullet headed outside of the abandoned bomb shelter and waited outside like a guard dog. Alice followed him out and when she felt the cost was clear, she gave Bullet a nod and then they began to run towards the city.

Yasmin lived in an abandoned apartment that was in pretty decent shape. Her father was always out on guard duty while she was stuck inside. Yasmin always snuck off while he was on guard duty but she didn't feel like it today so she just lounged in her room reading some book about spiders. When she flipped a page and it showed a spider eating a bug, she screamed and flew the book across the room. "Oh my truke. That was so scary" Yasmin said to herself as she tried to slow her heart rate. Two alien soldiers had stormed into her room and scanned the area. "What happened, Yasmin?" one of them said.

"Oh i was just reading a human book about spid-ers" Yasmin explained, calmly.

"Those humans, always trying to scare us but they only seem to scare you girls" the other one said. His name was Gideon and he is Yasmin's father's best friend. The other guard's name is Truman and he is Gideon's half-brother.

"Well guys, I'm fine now you can leave. Especially you Gideon" Yasmin said with a harsh voice to Gideon. Gideon smirked at Yasmin and then left the room. Truman gave Yasmin a smile as he bowed towards her and then he followed Gideon.

"How can humans put up with spid-ers. There so scary and nasty" Yasmin said to herself as she plopped down onto her bed and closed her eyes. Then pictures of the invasion began to appear in her head and Yasmin was about to scream again but she held it in and opened her eyes. 'Why is it always like this?' Yasmin thought.



Alice had reached an abandoned BI-LO and went inside. She remembered going to this same BI-LO with her family. 'So many memories' Alice thought as she walked down the canned food aisle. There were a few cans of carrots, green beans and potatoes but what Alice really wanted was some cream corn, she hadn't had it since the first day of the invasion. When Alice scanned the rest of the cans, she spotted on can of cream corn, it had a dent in it but Alice didn't care. She put the cans in her satchel, that she always wore, and then headed to the frozen section of the store, usually their was some thawed out chicken but when Alice checked, it was all gone except for a dead rat, that looked about 5 days old. 'Gross' Alice thought Then she began to check the rest of the store for supplies/food and as she was looking she came across a human skeleton, that had the BI-LO uniform on. 'Poor person' Alice thought, then she looked at the name tag and it said: Nathan Hick. Alice knew him but not that well. "I think I am going to be sick" Alice thought, aloud, then she turned into an aisle and leaned against the shelves. Bullet lied down beside her. "Oh Bullet" Alice said with tears. Then they both sat there and waited for something to happen.

Starling's ears twitched as she heard a loud noise. She stretched from her tree hollow and down the dirty dirt road.
She looked around, her pet starling perched gently on her shoulder and chirped a warning, a warning to be safe. Starling looked at the bird and smiled to try to calm the bird down. The two had never been to the city much, and that was where the loud noise had come from.
She lifted a paw for her pet to check if her feather dagger was there. Sylver chirped reassuringly, which meant it was there. Starling then nodded and swiftly ran to the city. She was curious on what the sound was. It could be dangerous, or maybe something else.
Starling then entered the city, seeing strange people and slid behind a corner of a street. Her eyes caught something interesting. It was a news stand. Starling hadn't read much, but she could make out the words. It said that the ones called the aliens had come. Sylver then made a soft chirp and whipped her head to the exit of the corner. Starling glanced at the way and saw some people coming. She gasped and ran behind a garbage can. When the people walked by, they looked different. Perhaps these were the ones called the aliens?
Starling eyed them curiously, noticing that they were clenching weapons. Best not to jump out randomly now. Sylver put a wing over her eyes to shield the sight. The bird never likes seeing scary things, and Starling was okay with that.
When the two awkward people passed along, Starling jumped out and continued to read the news stand. It had said that many families had been captured or killed already. Starling shuddered.
News from the city never came to the forest, unless the pigeon that carried the news came, the forest animals called him the messenger. But after a few days, he had stopped coming. It was a mystery of what ever happened to him.
Starling then continued to read the news. The town was almost abandoned, but she could still hear people chatting and hiding from the ones called the aliens.

Oswin stretched across, the hard floor of a once great library, as he stood he patted his side, where his dagger was hidden, jay called him prejudice, sure maybe he was but, what if they came for him and jay?
He turned his head trying to shake the thoughts, unable to shake them, he walked towards the entrance where jay had been keeping watch.
Jay smiled "finally some sleep!" she said with a laugh, Oswin could sleep for hours! and she meant hours he never went anywhere without his dumb dog,
who had a third eye and was an unmistakable baby blue coloring, sure the dog had saved there lives many times, but it wouldn't stop chasing solo!
"And keep Aloe away from solo."she said she could never stop herself from adding something extra. Oswin sighed as he sat where jay was just sitting moments ago, at least he had a companion other than Aloe, if he didn't he'd probably go insane.
Jay walked to the sleeping bag area, right as aloe laid her slobbery head on jays pillow, "Oswin you are in so much trouble!"she shouted aloe lay there still oblivious of what was going on. Oswin jolted when she yelled, what if the night raiders came, some of the aliens would do night raids and that is how many orphans were made.

Lucas woke up bleary eyed and exhausted.

"Gabriel?" he asked, calling his older brother. They had both survived, and with his brothers ability to control plants, they had been able to eat.

Lucas looked around. "Hey, Gabe, where are you?" he asked again, Gabriel didn't usually go off without telling him. And that's when he noticed the trail of ivy that formed a straight line down a newly made path. If Gabe ever had to go off, that what he did.

Lucas sprung up, stretching, his dirty white shirt showing his stomach, it was way too small.

He sprinted after the trail of ivy. Dirt flew up as his bare feet hit the ground.

"Gabriel!" he screamed, as he found his brother struggling to get free from five of the aliens. His hands moved quickly as thorny plants thrashed at and whipped the creatures.

"Lucas, get out of here!" Gabriel yelled, but it was to late. One of the aliens had already started to attack him. It was Pascal. He was young, but as good a fighter as any.

Lucas panicked, he didn't know where he could find any light to absorb. He stumbled backwards, grabbing onto the tree behind him for support.

Meanwhile, Pascal gathered darkness around him. He raised his hands, and slashed it like a blade at Lucas, who only barely ducked, and tackled Pascal.

"Aahhh!" he heard a scream, and looked just in time to see his brother's arm get cut off.

"Gabriel!" he screamed, jumping off a very surprised Pascal, and running forward to see his brother stabbed, a bloody glimmer poked out of his chest. He stood for a second, his back arched, jutting forward, frozen in time. Until his body fell, collapsed on the floor.

No, Lucas told himself, it didn't just happen, its not real. And he turned on his heels, running through the forest, trying to block the image of what just happened, wiping his tear streaked face.

Oswin and Jay both heard someone in the forest heading towards the abandoned library where they had called home for the past week,
"Did you hear that?"jay whispered, Aloe made a low growl as if to say I heard it too, "Yeah I did."Oswin said quietly back, "Night raid."jay whispered again, Jay grabbed her sword, and Oswin reached for his knife,
"How are you going to get them with that puny thing?"jay laughed, "Stop it jay, its not like I haven't before."he said bitterly he had met jay just a few months before now, and they had been inseparable since.
"and now we wait until they come." jay smirked oswin hated waiting, jay did also but she would never admit that to oswin."If this is the last night we live jay,
I just have to say." he slowly said "I did use your toothbrush to scrub mud off my pants." Jay looked at oswin and laughed "I already knew it was you, besides Aloe was the only of culprit, I knew she couldn't have pulled off that stunt."

Starling then twitched as she hard a scream. Sylver chirped with fright, but Starling just eyed the bird and ignored it. What if some people were in trouble? Sylver then started to quiet down, feeling embarresed.
Starling had to chuckle, and then she slid down the streets to appear what had been the abandoned library and a forest. As she neared the place, she could hear more voices.
She glanced at a way and saw two humans and a dog. A dog. Great. Her mind pushed back the thought of the dog and the agressiveness of them towards cats.
Starling shook her head and then looked at Sylver to tell her to follow. The bird nodded and chirped the sweet sound of the starling. Starling then ran towards the forest and ducked under some bushes, watching the people curiously.
Hopefully the dog would not sniff out Starling and Sylver. She wanted to watch what was happening closely. Did it have something to do with the ones called the aliens?

Lucas ran frantically, towards a building. The door was open, luckily, and he bolted in. It was an old library, he could tell, as he walked past the shelves of books, everything seemed to happen so fast, like the books were just flying by.

Suddenly, he stopped. There was somebody else in there. A weight dropped into his stomach, he was powerless, in a dark building, with the aliens.

Starling glanced toward the building at noticed a boy entering it. She glanced at her bird.
"What do you say for a little adventure?" Starling said to Sylver.
Sylver's response was mixed with no, and a yes. First of all. Sylver did not like old houses one bit. She was scared of them. But, the bird did like adventures pretty much. The bird flew over to Starling and pointed her wing to Starling's pouch she always carried. Starling blinked, and then noticed what the bird meant. Sylver could hide in the pouch if things got scary, but still be on the adventure. Carefully opening up the pouch with her mouth, Starling examined the old house. Sylver jumped in and did a happy chirp.
Starling then jumped out of the bush, trying best to avoid the dog and into the old building. She could sense the boy somewhere in this dark damp place, but decided best to stick with hiding for now.

Shadow woke up hungry. She stretched, thinking about where to get food. She decided to go to a store, see what they have there. Shadow got her bow and arrows, stuck a couple daggers in some pockets and one in her shoe, and went off. She hoped she would find some food, the last thing she had eaten was last week. She noticed some kids going towards a library. She went ninja-style into the library with Whisper. She discovered a boy in there, and he seemed to be hiding from the alien presence that was strangely in the room.

"lets split up."he whispered to jay, nudging her towards the door, "Night raids can turn out pretty bad."he added in a hushed voice, he was terrified of losing jay to a night raid, jay was his one and only living relative,
that had known each other when they were young, but not really, there parents never really talked to one another, but jay was his cousin, he felt like he was responsible to protect her from the raids.
"Ill go this way."he said slightly louder, but not much. as he walked backwards he tripped over aloe, who made a large barking sound.

Jay
"Aloe shutup!" she yelled realizing she had just blown her cover, "Oswin you'd better take that dog somewhere else!" she added, aloe was always getting tripped over, sure she was a good dog, and loved jay and oswin, but she was pretty massive.
Just then solo deiced to get in on the action, and flew over to Lucas, landing on his shoulder and started pecking him."Solo no!"she screamed as solo flew over, jay was frightened what a night raider would do to her loving bird.
