Does anyone have any jokes or funny/distracting videos?

Long post is long...

Without going into too much detail, my uncle is dying. It is thought that he won't be alive to see Thursday. Though I didn't know him properly (I only saw him when I was younger) I can't help but feel depressed on the thought of people in my family that did know him well and the idea of how tomorrow may be his last day if he even survives the night...

I am on the verge on crying but that would cause my parents to break down and make them lose even more sleep over it- and I have to be up extra early for school tomorrow which won't help (especially since we had maths homework that I couldn't do because the books were collected in and my paper was in there, being yelled at during this time isn't really going to be a comforter). I can't skip tomorrow because I -have- to sign in early for being late by a few seconds on two days last week (literally, this is not exaggerated at all), missing time/being late at all means after school detention (once again, that wouldn't be a good scenario).

Which is why I want something distracting to take my mind off death, I have tried some things like 'The Fox' or watching Hetalia (episodes with Austria, my favourite character....don't judge me 😋 ) but my mind always goes back. I want something which will leave me cheerful for at least a few minutes afterwards. I have become immune to Pewdiepie over the months (you have to admit, it does get repetitive...) and even the NC and AVGN. This may be a huge task but I am sure there is something to make the mood around a little brighter. It might make the rest of the people in the house feel better if I could sort of pass it on to them.

@whereiscupcake I used to love Pewdiepie, but after a couple weeks, it got so boring. 😉

And I'm so sorry to hear about your uncle ☹️

But have you seen Shane Dawson? He's (in my opinion) the funniest person on Youtube. I'd definitely go look him up. 😃 I hope you start feeling better about your uncle.

@Neila I don't watch AFV too often as it isnt as frequently on in England (from what I've seen) however YBF is on a lot and I find a few of them funny. Most of them make me cringe or just sit there with the blankets expression ever but when the occasional funny clip comes on I have hurt my back from laughing.

@Skittlejg I think the best way through this is to just carry on and have faith in Mr. Chair. The sad part of that name is that it's probably the only joke pewds uses that hand t changes (aside from the barrels). He seems to have changed a lot, Conker's Bad Fur Day was the last set of videos I enjoyed watching. I will look up some Shane Dawson videos now, the name sounds familiar for some reason.

@neila A lot of the ones I saw were quite funny, I think it would be funnier without the commentary though. I say the same about YBF all the time, so it's a problem with me rather than the jokes, I guess.

Though he wasn't thought to survive until Thursday, he's still alive. He really is strong, but I think the end will be a blessing for him. He can't be enjoying life as it is at the moment.
