What's Your Halloween Costume?

I'm being Alice from Alice in Wonderland. 😊 I went to a Halloween party tonight, so I got to wear it a little early. I'm probably not trick-or-treating though, as I live on a pretty busy street with no sidewalks.

I am dressing as a Satanist. But no one around here where I live is going to know. Too much of a xian sensitive community here for that. Some people here don't even celebrate Halloween because they think it's an unholy holiday. Anyways, I am not going trick-or-treating. I am way too old to be doing that anymore lol.

My best friend went as a dude one year. She looked really funny. It would be funny if you went to the girls room and people really did think you where a dude XD

Kind of annoying when people get all sensative about holidays like halloween. My neighboors hate it because it's evil. Some people I know hate christmas because it's a religious holiday. Can't we all give out candy and presents and have fun?
I'm not going trick-or-treating either, I guess I will just have to go buy some candy the day after halloween when its on sale XD

My thoughts exactly. Holidays are to celebrate what is good and fun. There is no such thing as a holiday that supports something bad.
lol Ok. Since we are expecting trick-or-treaters, we already have our candy to give away, as well as some for ourselves that we want to eat lol.

Fact Alert! did you know that on Halloween, you dress up disguise yourself and scare the evil spirits away for the next year!

there are many facts but that's the only one that came to mind.

Also does anyone else find it odd that people think that Halloween is to celebrate the devise birthday.

I always just sit around and eat candy out of the bucket while waiting for trick-or-treaters. Also, I set aside a few butterfingers for myself to eat later XD

Is your fall festival a Halloween event for kids? I am working at one this year. We do it for kids who's parents don't want them to go door-to-door trick or treating. It's a bit safer that way, when I was younger someone jumped out of their car and tried to attack me. So, I guess I can understand their concern.

If your event is for children I can see why you have two costumes. I think that an automaton would be a bit less scary than Jeff XD

well its on the 30th and its a church activity for the children of our church, the youth are holding a Halloween activity for the children.


I had to think up a different costume because jeff was way bit to freaky for children 10 and under :> I didn't want to give little one nightmares

thank heaven for the Steam Powered Giraffe that gave me inspiration for my costume rust bucket '3'
