Notifications for Private Messages, Trades, & Friends

There are no notifications for private messages once they're sent, trades, or friend requests. Also, I think there should be a notification even if your friend request was rejected. 😊

I believe there are notifications for Mail messages, actually. 😊

And there are also friends and trades notifications but only if the user sending them is on V2. Otherwise you will get a notification on V1 and vice versa. 😃

@nvr4evr1 i have just testing out all of these notifications and they do indeed occur.

as @zac has said: new-style version 2 notifications are only sent if the OTHER user is also using version 2.
