First gen is definitely my favourite but second gen is a close second.

1st: Charmander
2nd: Totodile (Chose it for cuteness when I was younger...then it evolved into feraligatr later and I was like O.O)
3rd: Treecko
4th: Chimchar
5th: Oshawott
6th: Fennekin (purely by looks, haven't played 6th gen..yet)

I'm not really one for grass type starters, though bulbasaur and snivy are pretty cute and bayleef is one of my favourite starter evolutions ^.^

2nd: Can't choose ... both love cyndaquil and totodile, but I started recently HeartGold and I choosen cyndaquil. 😋
3rd: Treecko
4th: Chimchar
5th: Oshawott
6th: Chespin (I kinda love its last evolution ... )

My favourite generations are first and second, but I love Infernape too. x3

I don't play pokemon but these are the ones I like most from the looks of them 😊

For me it's a three-way tie between the 1st, 2nd and 4th gen. 😊 I only played Soul Silver and Pearl so I'm pretty attached to those sets, and the ones from Kanto are amazing~

Red/Blue: Bulbasaur
Silver/Gold: Cyndaquil/Totodile. I like both equally. Started with Cyndaquil but when my friend restarted the game and returned it I used Totodile, haven't gotten far though, lol
Ruby/Sapp: Torchic
PDP: Turtwig
BW: Snivy
X&Y: Froakie
