@darthvaderlook. I play here everyday. I came up with this idea to benefit everyone. I posted the pros. I posted the cons. Please, don't go around saying people don't deserve things because they aren't active enough. Everyone who's posting here has living creatures, that I'm sure they work hard to keep alive. We may be complaining, but we are not "unwilling" to spend time to get them, we are trying. Everyone keeps comparing travels to creatures, but seriously, they are different. You can't have travels without creatures. You can have creatures without travels.

darthvader has said it all for me; the last three points are especially true. @nenielsen Once again, darthvader's analogy (about the Onnies) is /not comparing travels to creatures/. Like I said in my earlier post:"darthvader's analogy is not about how travels are of equal rarity of an Onny. It's the whole concept--Onnies are rare, and so are some travels. Personally my ideal analogy would be this: saying "travels should be unlimited because they're really hard to get" is like saying "we should get unlimited Asteroid tries so we're all able to get Asteroid creatures"."

@darthvader@karamelI realize this is a more opinionated topic... There's not much use arguing about it, so please take the poll, and if you have any more pros/cons of unlimited travels, please say so so I can add them to the topic. Thanks~đ

@nenielsenI think this is a great idea, even though I'm actually one of those currently using travels to make a profit (I can't seem to stop buying travels). It's frustrating knowing that I need to be careful of which travels I place on my creatures or else I will lose them forever.
nenielsen • 12 December 2013 at 3:06 PM
@wolphire yeah, I'm pretty clueless on a travel's rarity. Even travels that have a ultra rare rarity aren't actually rare travels... I wish egg cave had a travel archives, like egg cavern
wolphire • 12 December 2013 at 3:08 PM
@nenielsenOr even some way to rate the popularity of travels. That'll also be great for creatures, so I'd know how to start building my cove, :9...I'm going to make that a suggestion.
nenielsen • 12 December 2013 at 3:09 PM
@wolphire yeah, you should do that. đ In the archives, every creature does have a rarity rating, but they're not that accurate...
wolphire • 12 December 2013 at 3:15 PM
@nenielsenI know; I'm so lost on how to make the best of the LE creatures I have to work towards my wishlist of creatures, ><Link to suggestion: http://eggcave.com/forums/topic/45889
nenielsen • 14 December 2013 at 12:47 AM
@wolphire I suggest just collecting LEs (no matter how recent) from the cave, and hoarding them until they become rare enough to sell for EC. Recent CCs go for aroung 5 million EC, according to what people have said on my topic... đ

@nenielsenThank you for the advice! I really appreciate it, đ
nenielsen • 14 December 2013 at 12:16 PM
@wolphire your welcome! đ It's so hard to get the older creatures, even for older members. Its the least I could do. đ
liza200aa • 14 December 2013 at 1:45 PM
@nenielsenNo!No.Just no. There won't be any meaning behind trading travels, or using them for profits. Getting on, and spending time refreshing for travels would all be in waste. The only thing defining the value of a travel would be it's price in the travel agency.Worst of all, my useless hoard of PKS 1101+384 travels will be... truly useless! âšī¸Okay, maybe that's not the worst part. But it's still pretty bad. What darthvader said (bottom of first page) is exactly right.Just... no.EDIT: Whoops, that was a bit ranty. đ Sorry.
nenielsen • 14 December 2013 at 9:06 PM
@liza200aa wow... alot of no's there... đThe benefit of this that I'm mostly trying to point out is that you wouldn't have to spend all that time refreshing pages for travels. I think having to do that is such a waste of time, and so utterly boring... -_______-If not making them unlimited, then making it so you don't have to haggle, which isn't even haggling! And that stupid code you have to put in? Please, by the time your done with that, someone else has already taken the travel you wanted. :|Anyway, this is just an idea that I have, and its more opinionated than my other topics. Please make sure to take the poll though!~ đ
wolphire • 14 December 2013 at 11:13 PM
@liza200aa @nenielsenI don't think it's very hard to buy travels. I am a night owl, so when it's 2-4 AM EC time, I find it very easy to buy travels. I click the link every so often while I'm surfing through the site, and sometimes I find nice travels and other times I don't.Also, I recommend using the number pad to quickly type in the code. I hope this helps, đ

@wolpire okay thanks! But I could never stay up that late... -___- I need beauty rest. đ
