It means forever love and is dedicated to the memory of our loved ones who have passed. The flowers are forget-me-nots so we may never forget them. They are arranged in the last stage to symbolize the trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Ghost). If you dislike this, they are also positioned and arranged to show how big of a heart it has and to symbolize compassion for others.
