Neopets Birthday Help?

Hey. I don't know where else I could really post this, but 3 years ago I entered a fake birthday so I could use the forums and I have no idea how to get back on. Is there any way I could contact Neopets and get the account recovered? I was hoping to give away my items, I have at least 300 dollars of stuff that will probably get purged. If this doesn't belong here just delete it mods, thanks.

What is your account name? If you listed it, it will probably show up on a user look up

Neopets relies on the birthdates and stuff so I believe unless you remember exactly a bunch of info that was on your account, you can't get it back. Dx

But i'm not quite sure. o3o Maybe ask around on the Pound Chat? They always know what to do. xD
