Creature Didn't Evolve?

My tasma egg "Line" has reached 300 views, but the number of views/clicks/feeds thing in "My Creatures" says -18, I haven't received a notification, and she hasn't evolved x)

Can someone tell me if this is a bug?

Your tasma will evolve at 3-3:45am ECT when the site updates

Actually the site updates and the views are calculated as well. I believe this might be a bug as to whether the site updates some other time then 3:00.

Because on the update as stated before the views update and the creatures recache. I'm pretty sure I'm just confusing you here though >.<

Also I'm pretty sure that Eggcave changed the time that it refreshes to 4:00 AM.

My creature view count has remained the same the entire day. My views aren't updating. Why?

Views are updated once every day at 3 am ECT. They are not updated in real time. However, clicks and feeds are updated in real time.

@chowchow2012 No, it's still around 3: 30a.m. ECT. When my creatures evolve, the notification is sent at 3: 38a.m., so they either evolve then or earlier.

@lemonade I've always thought that views update one day /and then/ the creatures evolve the next day. Did your Tasma evolve the next day or not? (I see it's evolved, but I don't know when it did. 😋)

I believe views update at 4:00am, but the evolution is at 3:30am, which is why it is the next day. I may be incorrect, however.

@jemmie Really? o: That would actually be good explanation. I'll try watching out for this (I'm 5 hours ahead of ECT so it's easy for me to check) tomorrow and see if I can confirm it.

edit: Yep, evolutions happen before views. I guess you learn something new everyday! 😋
