Give the option to DELETE current poll and NOT start a new one.

Thank you. I am tired of the poll on my group forum page and it takes up to much space. I don't want it.

@novrain62 Are you sure you can't select the 'Overwrite' option and then (without putting anything in the 'Manage Poll' section) edit? (I don't have anywhere to test this out. ><;; )

If you can't, then I definitely support this. c:
