non-reacting feed button

I use snaplinks plus to feed my cove, but since yesterday, I am not able to directly feed in the opened tabs, the feed button wouldn't react. I can only feed if I use ctrl+f5 on any seperate tab, which is quite stressful with the amoutn of creatures I have.

@thaliel Have you tried clicking the 'Feed Creature' button again? Make sure that the orange 'happiness' bar has loaded as well. I tend to open 50-100 creatures at a time and I have to wait until the happiness bar has fully loaded until the button reacts. Let me know if this works for you. c:

I open only 20 at a time, and I have the same problem too.
At least 1 in 5 don't want to be fed unless i refresh the page and try again. And the happiness bar and everything is fully loaded 😊

@karamel no, not this time, normal refresh won't do either, only ctrl-f5 will help

@yileen @thaliel Hm, that's odd. It may well be a bug on Egg Cave's side. Sometimes I click the button and it doesn't respond, but refreshing shows that I've fed the creature today. Are you both using Firefox (26.0)?

edit: If I have time (and enough bandwidth... *huffs*), I'll try some mass-feeding with Chrome to see if I encounter any problems (vs. FF).

I am having this issue today. I click to feed and the feed button pules up and down but it wont register as a feed (and I can't receive ec as a result). The happiness bar wont load. I have tried leaving it sit for a long time and only feeding one egg at a time. I am sure it's just a bug.

Sorry to be a bother egg cave team, I know you are working hard on several things at once right now! Thank you, I hope you find a way to fix it with little struggle.

@you I think you can only feed once the happiness bar loads; when I click 'Feed Creature', it only registers the feed /after/ the happiness bar has loaded (I have to click after it loads, too). Have you tried clearing your cache? What browser and browser version are you using? (You can check here: http://whatismybrowser.com)

Thanks! After emptying my cache, I remembered to check my updates-- I had to update my system (silly me). Yay! Mystery solved for my case C:
