Art shops?

I've been wondering for a while, & it never said anything about it in the rules so i'm assuming it isnt against the rules, but...

Say someone has an art shop & people offer EC/Travels/ LE's/ ect/ and sometimes CC. That's allowed, right? Even with CC if the people who posses the creatures or CC offer it?
I've traded art for freezes/CC/EC and creatures in the past & I just needed to make sure it was allowed.
