Croping Bug Closed Do Not Post

when I was about to change my profile creature I went to crop and change the head shot,but when I there the crop was a GRAY SQUARE and it only showed my preview.I tried it on my laptop AND my computer.I have no idea how this could have happened.And I am looking at other creatures to put as my profile creature.
