Tooltip bug

I don't know if this was an intential change (although I hope not, as it's not exactly tidy), but when I hover over a clickable part of the image on the Explore page, Leila page, or the Ark City page, the tooltip shows up underneath the image instead of on top.

I'm using Firefox 26.0 and have the latest version of everything; tried clearing my cache, hard refreshing, and switching browsers. (The only difference was that in Chrome it was at the top left, and not the bottom left.) Does anyone else have this problem? I'm thinking it might have been related to the recent bug fixes for the new winter background, because (IIRC) it didn't happen before those fixes. ><;;
