I did a trade but the person said that they didn't get the but it shows that all my money that is on my account is gone. What do I do???????

If you're saying them EC didn't transfer over to the other person in a trade properly, it may be best to send a ticket. If you scroll all the way down, it'll say "Contact Us". Press on that to report whatever went wrong.
