Y is a variable - substitute any number between 1 and 10. Therefore:

To enter a raffle for 1 hundred thousand EC, refer 1 newbie/inexperienced user/user-seeking-help-in-general over here, feed 2 coves on the feeding list, or a combination of the two.

To enter a raffle for 2 hundred thousand EC, refer 2 newbies/inexperienced users/users-seeking-help-in-general over here, feed 4 coves on the feeding list, or a combination of the two.

To enter a raffle for 3 hundred thousand EC, refer 3 newbies/inexperienced users/users-seeking-help-in-general over here, feed 6 coves on the feeding list, or a combination of the two.

Et cetera.

15 coves = 7.5 'raffle points', which can be used for 7 spots on the 100k raffle, 1 spot on the 700k raffle, or anything in between. Unused points will be kept for later use 😊

Yes, you can.
And the 1mil raffle costs 10 points, so if you have 20 points you can enter twice. The 500k raffle costs 5 points, so if you have 20 points you can enter four times.

As I recall, you fed the list twice, giving you 30 feeds and 15 points. I searched your posts on here, which confirmed this.
So you have one spot on the 1mil raffle and 5 points left.

You make a lot by going to the Trade Center, clicking 'Create New Trade', selecting the creatures you want to trade, adding a message (optional), and clicking 'Create Trade'. In the case of this topic, one common egg is preferable because you're meant to receive a gift, not give something in return.
Unfortunately, you have to be at least 48 hours old in order to use the Trade Center. Come back in a few days 😊
