Frozen pet lost freeze

Hi, I'm here to share a bug that happened a couple of days ago... I didn't posted before cause it happened late at night and next day went work and forgot about it >.<

My Ranfil was frozen at first stage and everything was fine, until when I went to "My creatures" page, checked their points to evolve and noticed that he was showing me for the Ranfil too... I looked at the pet profile and the freeze was gone!

Luckily I had some CCs on, so I re-freezed him before evolving, but I'm a bit pissed, cause I had to spend extra-money on him plus what if I didn't noticed this in time?!

Hope that this bug will be fixed cause now I'm pretty paranoic on my other fozen critters and now I always check them xD

@dafni Are you sure its a bug?

It could have been the Ranfil was never frozen to begin with, for example if you got it in a trade, the freeze might have never been confirmed.
Just tossing some reasons out there, it could be a bug. Good luck!

Yes, I know what you mean, thanks fro sharing ideas. 😃

I'm pretty sure it was frozen, but in case it eas not, I was lucky enough to notice that. It isn't a big deal in the end. xD

I just want to share this cause I've heard someone else got similar problem time ago... Maybe I'm just overworking in these days and I got confused on another pet, everything is possible. ^^

It happens. >.<

I froze Baptist the Elge once, and did the second freeze with @linpug.
I froze Awakenings the Elge twice. I froze Awl the Autuwl twice.

Thats the only happenings for me so far~

Last Stage Creatures also get frozen. I froze Moist the Moxel. Darn, it was a first stage, and I froze it, when I viewed the profile; tada - its a last stage with a freeze. ._.

That frustrates me. There's also no proof for the freezes again. ;-;

I had sent in a ticket; in which I mentioned all information clearly; but that ticket is .. deleted (more than 6 months old) - was before my 9 month hiatus; so it definitely was deleted. >.<

I have to be honest that I traded some eggs recently so there is the possibility I got confused with another critter, but considering this wasn't the first time I heard about this matter, making a post here wouldn't be bad, right?

Aww, I'm so sorry for you frozen pets, must be annoying and frustrating re-freeze them >.<
