Contest Forum

I've seen so many contest topics lately and they seem to be all over the place. I understand contests go well under the General Discussion forum, but it seems people are still confused as where to put them.

So my suggestion is to create a Contest Forum located under Egg Cave Features Sub-Forum. Either that or hire some mini-mods that can move the topics to help keep the forums more organized.
