So, I pulled 20500 of my 61k out of my bank.. logged off, logged back in & had like 800 coins. Sooo, either you #refund me, or ill report this website! I spent 2 hours getting money!

This sounds like a personal issue, the only way you'll possibly obtain your missing coins is by submitting a ticket instead.

Firstly check to see if the coins still in your strongroom, and if so try withdrawing again. There's no need (and in fact) no way to report a website that's allowing you to receive a coin currency for free.

Recheck your Strongroom. If it's not there, submit a ticket
There's no need to report the site, as Fakeworld said, for getting free currency. If you have an issue, just contact the moderators so you can fix the problem.
