Ohmygoodness BBQ pizza. No words can describe how much I love that stuff! *u*

I also just recently discovered the joy that is BBQ pizza with a sliver of mustard. Mustard usually grosses me out and I'm not a fan, but on this particular pizza with BBQ sauce it's just the most magical of things.

I might actually order pizza for myself tonight. Yum.

Uff, this is s a difficult subject for me. >.<
I'm Italian and pizza to be called so must be done in a certain way, in fact abroad I haven't eat it ever because I know it's not real pizza.
At 99% it can looks like the pizza, but it's not done in the right way... I also noticed that foreign people who comes to Italy when ordering pizza don't expect that it looks that way and cannot even finish it. xD
It's quite sad, cause when it's well made, pizza is super extra delicious *w*

i say i have to agree Dafni it isnt like we expect it to be, my cousin Liel lives in Narni, Italy and he said that the pizza isnt as good here in America as it is in Italy.

Italian pizza has standard ingredients and toppings.
Genuine pizza is made with type 00 wheat flour, brewer's yeast, salt and water.
After the rising process, it must be formed by hand only and the shape is of a particular size and thickness, there's no much variation.
Than it has to be cooked in a stone oven with a wood fire. Classical Margherita is made with tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese, other pizzas have this base and than there are other ingredients but usually there isn't more that 3-4 per type.
If something is done differently, it isn't a pizza, but something close to it. Probably it will taste good as well, I'm not deny that. ^^

It's a bit like coffee, in Italy if you ask for it you get an espresso, in US usually is an americano, it's still coffee but they're two really different things. xD
