Nakari turned to examine Icess, curiously.. Nakari sensed she wasn't a threat. "uh, hello.."

Freya: I padded over to Hope.
"Are you ok?" I asked. I felt the whizz of an arrow miss my fur. We really had to be careful.
"Let's protect ourselves." I made a wall of water. The next arrow hit the wall, and rebounded. Then I screamed, "Run!" Hope didn't need to be told twice. We tore off.
Cam: The other arrow I had shot rebounded. I shrieked, leaping out of the way, narrowing dodging it. By the time the path was clear, both wolves were gone. Impatience bubbled up inside me. This was the 5th time in a row that I hadn't managed to hit something.
"Let's go." I said. Now that our chance was over, nothing seemed fun. Nothing ever was.

We had to run. I was sure the hunters would be back soon.
"Have we lost them?" I panted.

I was nearly bursting out laughter.
"Come on Cam! There's still more chances to get them!"

Freya*
"I... I think so." I looked over my shoulder. No sign of any hunters.
"But let's go back quickly anyway." I set off at a run, with Hope beside me.
Cam* I glared my evil eye at Luis. I hated it when he said that. I trudged back moodily to our hut (hut? sorry i sorta forgot where they lived). All the other hunters were now awake. They looked at us as we walked in.
"Any luck?" Ava asked hopefully. I shook my head. We hadn't had any luck since a few weeks ago.

Blazeback: I paced back and forth. This was so boring. Dang hunters, at it again, and early too. Although it's not like I was going to get any sleep anyway. I eventually went to lie down in my unofficial spot, near the front of the cave but not too close, so I could see out but no one could see me from outside, and away from everyone else, so I didn't have to listen to them whisper about me. I lay my head on my paws. Hopefully this will be over soon.

Leo* I walked over to Blazeback.
"I'll take watch." I said. He narrowed his eyes.
"It's ok Leo." He said my name in a mocking way. "You go have a little rest and leave it to me." I pursed my lips. We never got along. Except when it came to desperate circumstances. I walked back to the pack.
"Ok guys, I think we should -" I heard a sudden noise. Freya and Hope returned, skidding to a stop at the sight of us.
"We encountered the hunters." Avalon said breathlessly. "They almost got us." Her usually smoothed down back (back?) fur was standing up on end. Luckily they both seemed alright. I caught Freya looking at me, and she blushed. I had this funny feeling that she liked me. I didn't want to think about it right now.
"You should have a rest." I told them. They walked to the back of the cave. I laid down on my stomach, and started doing what always made me happy. I started growing little flowers from cracks in the earth. Lilies started sprouting, then poppies, and finally my favourite, marigolds. They were so beautiful, the colours blending in with each other. I felt a warm breath on my shoulder, and looked around. I saw Freya looking away hurriedly. I went back to my flowers. They were so fine, so perfect... just like what my parents had wanted me to be.

Blazeback: Leo walked away. Hmph. I didn't like him. The only reason I took watch was to stay away from everyone anyway. I wasn't about to give up that small luxury. At this point it was about all I had. He started doing that weird thing with the flowers again. I rolled my eyes. Was it involuntary or something? He always seemed to be doing it when he was upset. My thoughts turned to the hunters. In their hurry, Hope and Freya had left footprints. Dang! I stood as this realization hit me. They would lead the hunters right to us! I sat back down quickly. I didn't want to draw attention to myself. I strained my ears and kept my eyes focused on outside. I heard a faint shuffling sound. I lifted my nose. I could smell hunters! I stood ran over to the pack.
"There are hunters out there! They found the cave!" I whispered frantically.

Nakari quickly shifted her attention to Blazeback in alarm. "Hunters??" She quietly thought of ideas.. considered options.. but she came up with a plan. Nakari made contact with the ground, and felt life pulse though it.. "Leave them to me." She said with a sly grin.

"Wait what? WHAT?!" I yelled, looking at Icess weirdly. Some of us had... drank a little portion of her? ewww. I cleared my throat.
"Uh, guys... the hunters are quite near..." I glanced towards the entrance of the cave. But there seemed to be.. more than hunters.

Nakari just kept grinning, then she took a deep breath.. and there was a strange rumbling. "If we stay in this cave, we'll surely die, but if we leave the cave though its opening, we'll have the same fate. So, the only other option guys.. Is going underground." Her eyes flashed white, and huge roots, and plant vines shot up from the ground, careful not to harm anyone.. And blockaded the cave door.. Then a wide hole opened up next to Nakari. "Lets go before the hunters burn the distraction down.."

Blazeback: At first I was wary, as was a lot of the pack.
"I'm not going down there!" someone yelled.
"Suck it up!" I yelled. "You're welcome to stay here and face the hunters, but I'm going." I was going to die anyway if I stayed here. I followed Nakari down.

Hope*
My mouth fell open. "Underground?!" I hadn't even tried going underground much and the last time wasn't very pleasant. I sighed. To make extra caution, I put fire around the outside of the blocked cave. Then, I followed after Nakari into the cave.

Luis*
I stared in fury as fire erupted around the wolves' cave. "Curse those wolves!" I knew a bow and arrow would be no use against the fire, but all we needed was water and some strength.

Nakari scampered down the narrow hole, then paused to check if everyone was there. "Sound off! Is everyone here?" She asked as a faint scent of human trailed to her nose. "I'm going to have to seal off the hole otherwise they'll follow, Sound off!"

Icess: well, i transform into water from time to time. *turns into a puddle then turns back into a wolf* so yeah, you might have *sticks her tongue out then gets a frightened look* but this is my home, i dont wanna die in my home!!!

@school600 Sorry for this being really really REALLY!!! late, but I don't mind you taking my idea, I'm honestly glad that it seemed like a good idea for you.

Melaria walked by a pond to get some water, but sniffed it to make sure that it really was water, then drank it, "Ah that's much better." she said then continued walking, while she was walking she heard voices, she quickly turned invisible so that she wasn't seen by who ever the voices belonged to.

Melaria quickly ran towards the place where it sounded like one of her kind was screaming, still invisible she came towards a stream, "Hello! Is anyone here?!" she called, as she came closer.

Ivory: waking up from the commotion from out side. I sat up and put on my shirt, then my vest. I grabbed my boots and started to put them on. while i was tying my shoe's i recited a rhyme. "Bunny ears, bunny ears, playing by a tree. Criss-crossed the tree, trying to catch me. Bunny ears, Bunny ears, jumped into the hole, popped out the other side beautiful and bold." finishing the rhyme, i stood up and stretched, then walked out of my room. mom was cooking food for the hunters, and dad was outside. I walked out of my house and smelled a hint smoke in the air. when i looked up i saw the smoke, I started to follow it.


It took me a little bit, but i found were the smoke signals were coming from. i saw a wall of fire and luis was next to it. he looked like he was thinking
"Nice fire, Take long?" i asked walking up to luis and the wall of fire.

Timber walked towards the opening of the cave were he saw leo, timber walked closer to leo noticing he was growing the flowers. "you make really pretty flowers." Timber said, admiring the flower.

Timber saw he plants catch on fire and soon make a wall of fire."leo we need to go, NOW!" timber ordered.
he pushed leo towards the other wolf's.
timber looked over and saw a flower and some of the ember landing near it, He stood on his hind legs then slammed his front paws on the ground, wooden vines tangled behind the fire. timber quickly grabbed the flower with his mouth and caught up with the other wolf's.

"No need to ask the last question to me. My element is fire any ways." I turned around as I heard something from the bushes. I knew the hunters couldn't have followed us all the way there.

"Nononononononono!!!!!!! You shouldn't have put out that fire otherwise the hunters will... oh my gosh." In all those rare times when I was frantic, this was one of them. The hunters were going to be here in... 5... 4... 3... 2.. 1.
"Now how are we going to - YES the fire's gone!!!" a gleeful voice sounded. We all froze.

Nakari noticed that a few wolves we missing, so she zoned out for a sec to see if she could sense there aura. And she did, they were getting ready to meet death. Nakari huffed, using her powers before already drained her, but she pressed on. She summoned a vine, that would carefully scoot Freya,Hope, and Icess into the hole.

"Icess! Where are you?" I growled. She thinks too fast. I felt tired. Making the fire seemed to sap my strength. I stumbled.

Luis*
"How are we going to - YES! The fire's gone!" It was a good thing there was a water wolf there to put out the fire for us. I aimed an arrow at where a wolf would be, but something managed to snatch the arrow out of my hand.
