What effects does the new items like toys and food gives to your creature?

Foods: increase happiness, have a chance of adding a "feed" to the creature's stats, effectiveness depends on rarity, one use only.

Toys: increase happiness, have a chance of adding a "click" to the creature's stats, effectiveness depends on rarity, multiply uses until broken.
