I sat wondering where could Gingerstar my mom be?She has never been away from me so long.Then I lie down in the clearing trying not not to freeze.But my fur was getting colder and colder.Then I drifted into a light sleep.

I saw Moonkit lie down and fall asleep. I myself was getting cold. I lay down beside Moonkit and cuddled her close. SupremeWind walked away for a few minutes and came back with a little blanket. "I figured this would help." he shrugged.

He placed the blankie over us and sat down watching the coast. I cocked my head sideways, looking at my boyfriend. I was so lucky to have SupremeWind look after me so well. Okay so I am only 15 but it doesn't mean that I am fully grown.

"Thanks Winner." I say as he paces making sure no one attacked us in this cold blizzard. "Anything for you Flamie, you know that don't you?"

"Yes." I say. "But I can't thank you enough." I snuggle further into the blanket and gradually fall asleep.

@appleblizzard oops I meant Leaf-Bare it means winter.oh and btw we're outside the clan because we were looking for my mom, Gingerstar.Oh and Moonkit is freezing to her death.

I wake up.Its so cold I think.My light brown fur is turning white-ish from all the snow and my lungs hurt to breath.

I wake up with Moonkit shivering really badly beside me. I take of the blanket and throw it over her. "There, there. We'll find your mum soon." Turning to Winner, I said "Winner we need to keep moving. Moonkit will freeze if we don't find GingerStar soon." I said really worried.

Winner came up to me and nuzzled my cheek. "We are nearly there. The place they mentioned when she went. Come one."

"Moonkit, let's go." I said picking her up and placing her on Winners back. "Run!" I shout and we carry on running as we did yesterday. And the day before. And the day before that. And the other. And another.

I look up from Troutleap seeing Supremewild holding Moonkit.Runs towards Supremewild."No I yowl she's dead!"I snatch up Moonkit and take her into camp realizing she wasnt dead.I take her to the Medicine cats den and give her medicine and something that would put her to sleep.In 5 minutes I hear hear breath shortening because she was sleeping.
