Creature Suggestion: Flatig (for July Monthly)

Hi! My creature idea is the Flatig. Here is a description:

A Flatig is basically a black cat with random neon green, pink, yellow, red and orange splotches. I thought of the Flatig by thinking of the dark sky covered with bright fireworks on the Fourth of July, so maybe it could be a July Monthly or a creature for the Fourth of July.
