What does res and UFT mean?

What does res and UFt mean? I see it a lot in the Trading center and in Profiles, but I have absolutely no idea what it means.

Uft: Up for trade
Ufa: Up for Adoption
Nuft: Not up for trade, also sometimes Nft
TNT: Transfer not trade (from one account to maybe a side account)
