@leafdapple769 @cclynn2855 @werewolf {Ida}I suddenly noticed how many injured cats there were. There were too many hyenas. We were most likely doomed. Were there any more reinforcements? Then I had it. We were trying to triumph by war. We needed to do this by peace. Like that was going to happen though. But it was worth a try."EVERYBODY STOP!" I bellowed.

<Midnight>I rested my aching muscles against the rock, it felt like I was drenched in pain. Laid there panting I looked back at the dead hyena. Why had it attacked? Why could I still the sounds of cats fighting? and hyenas growling?Sleep soon over took me, dreams of hyenas and jaguars haunted them causing me to jerk and shudder in my restless slumber.

@ashlinnhi {Zaniol}I pricked my ears as I heard somebody say stop. /She really thinks that`s going to help?/ I thought. I licked my wounds, trying at least to make them feel better. I struggled up to paws, and looked up in the trees seeing who had spoken.

I heard somme one yell Ida? yell stop......I yelled stop as loud as I could as well hope fully they would. Belenus raced to me"i heard you yell, are you ok?" "ya im fine,just trying to stop these darn hyenas,"for some reason I was happy he askedthen I noticed a cat at the base of the tree and hurriedly picked her up and cleaned her wounds up

As if by brain-waves, my two cubs came climbing up the tree. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!?" I growled, concerned about their safety.

@cclynn2855 @leafdapple769 @werewolf{Ida}I rushed over to Zarinx."Zarinx, look, even though you're the medic, don't kill any more hyenas. War isn't the key. We need to call a truce. It's getting really, really out of hand, so we need a bunch of our friends to shout "STOP" or something really loudly."I hoped that Zarinx wouldn't be skeptical or anything. We needed a lot of people.

<Midnight>There was still fighting between the hyenas when i woke. Every where growls and cries of anguish could b heard. Getting to my feet i cautiously crept out to where i could hear other cats fighting. The hyenas were every being killed and attacking as other cats fended them off.I wanted to go and help them but my earlier wound prevented me from doing anything.I lied down and watch the fight go on hoping that someone would see me and help me.____________________________________________________@cclynn2855 @leafdapple769 @izziebee1017 @ashlinnhi @motivecat

"It`s okay," I purred licking their heads. "I was just worried; a battle field is no place for a pair of cubs. Just stay put while mommy helps the cats okay?" They both nodded. She turned to Belenus. "If you hurt my kits, I will kill you. Be right back!" Zaniol lept off the tree, (fighting the temptation of killing more hyenas)heading in the direction of a wounded puma. I grabbed her by the scruff, and started to drag her to the "safety" tree.

<Midnight>I let the other cat take my to safety, the pain was slowly easing away and I was thankful for her help. Zarinx"Don't worry Belenus won'thurt anyone" I told Zaniol"And Ida I'll do my best" I assured herI looked at the small lump of black fur and took over for Zaniol applying some herbs to the wounds. Belenus played with Zaniol's kits and it reminded me of the times when I was home at my clan

I was going to speak to Marlie. I spotted her on top of a tree, looking after some other cats, just like Zarinx. "Marlie?" I said, almost whispering. She looked up in shock."Ida!" But instead of giving me a hug, she pursed her lips and carried on with what she was doing. "Marlie... what's... wrong?""Go away. I don't want to see you." This hit me like a slap in the face. Marlie had been my best friend... or so I'd thought."What... ok, fine. But you know, I thought that we'd been friends. I guess that's not true, huh?"I hopped back down the tree, furious. Because right now, I hated the world. I hated how all my loved ones were gone, and the world was torn by war. I hated it. "Ah!" I accidentally bumped into something. I nearly jumped out of my skin. It was a staggering cheetah, about to die. See what I mean? If we kept on fighting, the only thing that we'd achieve would be dead people.

@werewolf @cclynn2855 @izziebee1017 @ashlinnhi {Zaniol}I saw a limping hyena, and lept right onto it`s back. I dug my claws in and it yelped in pain. She bent her head to tear out it`s throat, and saw another hyena charging up to help. The one I was attacking barked with joy, and Zaniol raked her claws across it`s neck, silencing it forever. I bared my teeth at the one charging, and kicked out with my back paws, sending it sprawling. I was upon it at once, and spent no time killing it. Zaniol looked up and saw several hyenas running/limping away. /They`re actually retreating!/ I thought gleefully. /We are going to win this after all!/She let out a yowl of triumph, and started attacking again.

Killing isn't helping, you know that? Look at all the dead people around you. It's not. Good. So don't kill anymore. We can't get anywhere with this..." then I had an idea. I hurried to call all the cats that I knew, so that we could have a "group discussion" in a safe area. We needed a plan.

I looked up at my kits in the tree. "I know it has to stop, but I hate hyenas. Oh, and if you think I am going to be nice to them, you have another thing coming!"

Did I mention that I hated the world right now? I tried not to let out the tears in my eyes. In the end, I gave up. Nothing would work. So I just sat by a tree, miserable._______Sorry if this sound lame...

"Ida thinks she can just stop a war all of a sudden," I said, emotionally tired. "She wants everyone to gather and talk about plans or something.....The hyenas are retreating anyway." Zaniol sat on the ground, and groomed herself for what seemed like forever.

"If you're gonna say that after all this mess, then you might as well not try to heal me."Then I hopped onto the tree next to us, ignoring the pain in my arm, desperate to get away from everyone. But I accidentally ran into a hyena, in the tree that I'd just leapt onto. "Aah!" I yelped. The hyena turned around. I shrank back, but the hyena didn't have a murderous look in its eyes, like all the others that I'd seen. This one just looked slightly annoyed. "Excusey moi! I'm putting on ma beauty stuff on, here!" she yelled. Beauty stuff? Wut...?"Um... sorry?" I stuttered. "Sorry, huh? YA SAYING SORRY WHEN YOU JUST DISTURBED MY TIME?! NOW MY FACE IS... RUINED!" the hyena howled. Ok... this was... strange. A hyena that like to be... beautiful? I'd thought that they had been straight-forward minded creatures. But then it hit me. Hyenas were just other normal animals... just like us cats. They were fighting for their own good, just like we were. "Ok, I'm truly sorry about this," I started. "What's your name?"The hyena shot me a dirty look."Celecia," she huffed. "Now can ya please leave me to ma privacy?""Oh no, I never meant to disturb you," I said hurriedly. "But I promise I will... if you help me with one thing.""And that is what?""If you... if you become my friend. You've noticed that war, right? Well, I'm deciding that to end the war, we could call a truce. How about it...?""This war... I hate it too! Everyone's too busy fighting to notice my beauty," Celecia pouted. I could tell that this was probably the most vain hyena ever, but that didn't mean she didn't have a good heart inside."So, will you help?" I said hopefully. Then I added, "I'll do your makeup for you after, if everything's fixed." This seemed to interest her."Ok..." Celecia said finally. "But you promise!" "Break some more bones, see if I care!"I climbed up higher into the trees, secretly eavesdropping on their conversation. I tipped my head sideways. /What is make-up?/ Zaniol listened intently. /A truce? Yes, please!/ she thought excitedly. She dropped onto the branch next to them, "Sounds good to me!"
