The ancient clans (roleplay)

You must have heard of the cat clans before thunderclan, riverclan, shadowclan, and windclan. Yes, I mean the ancient clans, Lionclan, Tigerclan, and Leopardclan. Lionclan lived in a place like the moor with a few tree's here and there. Tigerclan lived in the rainforest next to it, and Leopardclan lived in the montain-like cliffs right next to the rainforest. The clans have their gathing in a clearing about the size of two house's, with a hill in the middle the the leader's talk to the clans from. It is called Hill-clearing. This roleplay is about life in the clans back then.

I sat up, I had stayed up all night to mourn the loss of our leader, Largestar."Goldenpaw, Petalwhisker!" I called, once they came I told them to bury Largestar. "And while i'm at the Moon-den with Softpelt getting my nine lives, I want you to set the patrols and run the camp." I meowed to Petalwhisker. Then I called for Softpelt. "Softplet!" Then I heard the crack of thunder, and it started to rain, light at first, then pouring.

{Darkstripe}
I sat up in the warriors den. It was dawn, and time to send out the dawn patrol. I sighed. There had been less cats in all the clans lately because of the great sickness, that toke many lives 1 moon ago. Darkstripe looked down at his mate, sleeping peacefully. /I'll let her have the sun-high patrol./ I shook Darkclaw beside me. "Dawn patrol." I grunted to him. Then I padded into camp and when over to the huge tree in the back of the camp, were Ravenstar sleep. I was enjoying the feeling of rain on my fur. When I got to the den, I shook Ravenstar. "Dawn patrol." I meowed. "It's thundering outside, very refreshing."

It was storming outside. I hissed. I never liked the rain much. /I bet Tigerclan is enjoying this./ I padded out of my cave, on to the over hang, and looked down at my clan below in the grassy clearing on the rocks we called camp. I yowled to them, not asking then to come out of thier cave-dens into the rain. "All leopards please listen. After the storm is over, may the deputy please send someone bury the bodys of Featherrock and Heatherjaw. Our formor medicine leopard and deputy. And I name the new deputy, Yellowclaw. I will be heading to the Moon-den right now." I heard a yowl from the warriors den. "Its storming! You cant go out!" I sighed. " I have to Reedtail, I must find out who our new medicine Leopard should be. Then I padded out of camp.

Our leader, Silverstar, walked by my den. I was the only elder left, and I wanted to have a word with her later. I wasn't as old as the last elders, and I had a lot of energy left in me. "Who's the new Medicine Leopard, Silverstar?" I asked as she walked by in the rain.

Our new leader would be Zebrafur. She would no doubt be a good, maybe even great leader. I flicked my tail, getting mud all over my tuft at the end. "Eeww.."

Zebrafur would have to walk through rain to get to the Moonden. I felt sorry for her.

I watched over the clan as Zebrafur left. The Medicine Lion had disappeared, as well as my old friend Petalwhisker. I hoped they'd be back soon. 'Who would be the new Medicine Lion if she isn't found soon?' I thought to myself.

I was out gathering herbs as I saw a young lion following one I recognized as Zebrafur. "What.." I whispered. Then I realized they must be headed for Moonden. "Oh." I continued gathering.

"The Moon-den." I meowed then padded inside. Its damp and moss was every were, but I kept going to we got to the Moon-room. Inside was a stone, bright. So bright you saw your self in it, it was broken in to places, and they were sharp. I layed down staring at the stone, untill I feel asleep.

I woke up in a clearing. I waited and the StarClan warriors came. "Welcome Zebrafur." Meowed a Black lion with a dark gray main. I rushed over to him, purring. "Father!" My father, Darkfeather, purred to touched his nose to mine. "With this life I give you Clear jugement." Then he stepped back and let the other lions give me my lives. Largestar- Courage. Willowfur- Understanding of a mothers love. Blazetail- Pride in Lionclan. Yarrowleap- Seeing past borders. Rippedwhisp- listening to elders. Riverfang- Second chances. Falconwing- Life for love. Firefur- Speaking out against injustice. Once I had gotten my lives, StarClan yowled my new name. "Welcome Zebrastar!"
