'Swiftflame, Tornpetal" I called, waking up. I yawned. Being deputy was good, but not for every cat, waking up at dawn every day! Great Starclan! "Come, dawn patrol."

"Dawn patrol?" I growled as Waspclaw woke me up from my dreamless sleep. I sat up abruptly. I arched my back as Tornpetal got up, and gave a loud yawn. "Ready to go.." I replied, sharpening my claws on the floor of the den. Tornpetal mumbled something about the rain. "Ugh." I rolled my eyes. "It's not going to start raining hard."

I sat up silently. Swiftflame was awake, as was our deputy. "Okay." I mewed. It was sprinkling lightly outside. Nothing really to worry about, since we live in a marsh, but still.. Rain can be good or bad. "If it starts thundering, I don't think I'll be in for a long patrol." I mumbled.

I awoke at the crack of dawn. Something wasn't right about our moors anymore. It didn't feel like home. It didn't feel safe. No birds were chirping, no lizards were scurrying around.. Nobody's belly was full. Still yet, Windclan was managing pretty well. We will survive through this. I heard a few drops or rain hit the ground. "Oh great.." I murmured as I drifted back off to sleep.

I woke up to hear a bit of rain on the lake. I smiled. Rain was good for us. I slowly heard it get louder. 'Storm warning.' I thought dramatically.

Cloverstar paced waiting at the clan entrance waiting for the Dawn Patrol to go out.

"Wee! We get to do hunting patrol!" RoseWind says happily dancing around Lakeripple and Sageleaf, both of whom look lest then amused to be hunting in the rain.

RushingRiver awoke panting from the dream. "Star clan.. What do you mean??" She asks herself loudly as the rain pounds down

FrozenCloud sorted her herbs, it was something she did when she was nervous. She had woken from a strange dream and had been sorting herbs ever since her mind filled with questions for star clan.

Ravenfeathered sighed as she listened to her kits complain about not being allowed to go out and play in the rain. "Hush you two!" She says lightly cuffing each kit

Fallenstar and Darkheart sat in her den listening to the rain, it had gone silent since Darkheart had told her about his dream, both were pondering what it meant.

Fishscale raised her head to look at the clouds. "Starclan... If you hear me tell me about the dream you sent me!" She practically yowls the last part, confusion clouded her mind and sometimes she wished she had a apprentice to distract her.

I flicked my tail at Thornpetal, "If it starts thundering you are free to run to the nursery but me and Swiftflame well stay on partol." I purred amussesd.

"Yes, just run to the nursery.." I mutter to Waspclaw and Tornpetal. "Ugh." Mornings always left me in a bad mood, but this rain was bothering me even more. "Lets get a move on.." I hiss at the wind.

{Tornpetal SC}
"Okay." I respond to Waspclaw, then realize that was a joke. "Wait, hey!!" I mew dramatically at Waspclaw. "That wasn't funny!" I say as we set off.

"I wouldn't." I huffed. The rain started pouring down. "Oh Starclan, why?" I muttered as the thunder cracked.

"What if we get struck by lightning?!" I practically yelled. I tucked my tail between my legs. Something snuck up behind me, and I screamed.

Tornpetal looked pretty scared, so I sneaked up behind him and whispered "Boo!" He let out a loud bellow. "Wow, such a brave Shadowclan Warrior." I rolled my eyes. "So dramatic, Tornpetal."
