This has been suggested before (can't find the thread though), it's better to send ALL dead/deleted creatures to the AC if you want to do this. It's probably best to change their name and assign a new egg number though, to prevent harassment by the previous owner.

There has also been a thread about deleting old accounts before, which is something I think should definitely happen, especially with the level 2000 creatures, I mean, even Neopets deletes old unused accounts...

EDITED; I noticed it said all dying creatures, what I meant was all creatures which die.

2000 I'm not so worried about. It won't hurt the population cause they never die. I mean recycling dying eggs that otherwise would put a dent in the species. And give others a chance at unobtainable critters. And it wouldn't harm the rarity ause they're still the original eggs.

Maybe if an account was deleted, then the 2000's would go to the "raffle"

Lolol that was a lot for a phone

if someone deleted my account/gave away my creatures, cuz say i was grounded or unable to come on.....
Oh, you wouldn't want to be anywhere near me. And whoever had my creatures would seriously be in for a nasty fright.
There was another forum about deleting quitting users. Like I said, its the users choice to delete their account. It's their choice to who gets their creatures, and if they wish to keep them.

I agree with @icicle_9510 Sme users might like to keep their creatures. Plus theres that IMMORTALITY thing so...

@bluegirl80 immortality was created i think with quitting users in mind as well as active users. You WANT someone's creature to die so you can basically STEAL the name? Well thats just rude. You want the user deleted so you can basically STEAL the users name. harsh man, thats just harsh.

Exatly. If someone got my buddie Bubbles deleted oh they would have a hard time sleeping at night. I would track em down, beg Ian to restore your account,

i agree, but i kind of feel that the game is defeating its own point by making creatures immortal, and this idea would just make it worse. by this i mean that the point of the game for some people is to collect rare eggs. what makes the eggs rare(r) is that the longer they exist, the more die, so if youre able to hold on to an egg for a couple years, it will probably be worth something. with immortals thats negated, and this idea would

This is an interesting idea. 😊
However, I really don't think creatures should go into the AC instead of die. ^^" First of all, it doesn't really make sense. 😋 Secondly, creatures dying is part of what makes them rare. If this idea was implemented a long time ago, Tines and others wouldn't be as valuable. 😉

@ladybugheart
I see what you mean, I hadn't looked at it that way yet, but if you take into account the growth of this site creatures will still become rarer.

Idea: Maybe regular dying creatures should be excluded. While only the creatures of permanently banned users get put into the AC automatically as extra punishment, the people who delete their accounts themselves could get an option to abandon all (for free ofcourse) before they delete their account, so they'd have a choice 😊

Whatever.
I just thinks this is HORRIBLE. (No offense)
If they were given away, they could be stolen.
And if a creature died and it was put in an auction/raffle thing there would be TONS of creature. :/

I think the idea's fine.

Of course, if a person quits, they can do what they want with their creature.
But what if you traded away a creature you liked, a user promised to take care of it, but then they got banned and that creature died? How would you feel? :/

I do dislike the idea of dying creatures going in a raffle. Maybe someone with a dying mortal creature loved it, but couldn't afford Tim's. It would be rude to take it away.
And instead of auctions and all that, let's jsut stay at adoption centers.
