EggCave Quests // Re-Naming Critters

Two things I would mostly like to address. I actually have a lot more, but I think those are already mentioned here.

EggCave Quests:

I don't know about you guys, but I don't really do anything with the items (food, toys, bread...etc) and a lot of us don't really know what to do with the surplus of ECs.

So why not have a Quest to find certain food/toy? And at the end, we could have a little reward (an exclusive travel, or EC...just something). EggCave doesn't really have a plot or much interactiveness, so...you know.

Within the EggCave Quest, I would like to add a plot within it. A story, maybe, or something to give more background about the Ark.


Re-Naming Critters:
Maybe this is just me, I keep renaming the wrong critters because the name keeps jumping back to the first creature when you find out the name had been taken.

We'll have to re-search that critter you want to name. Q_Q

Is it possible to not jump back to the first critter when you rename incorrectly? o.o

@iceiceice I sometimes make that mistake with the renaming. I think they should show the image of the creature like they do in the Creature Auctions.

The EC team actually had plans for the quests things already.
You can check here at the bottom of the post. Ian has promised us that, so yeah! Don't worry! ^^ The quests will be here anytime soon.
On a side note, looks like big ideas collide! o:

About the renaming thing, I agree.
It's a small change, but would help a lot.
Personally I've only come up against that problem once or twice, but it's annoying to be frank! xD
Like, you have to rename your mis-renamed creature, then rename it to the right creature! xD
That's like... 2k ECs lost, plus the first 1k when you first renamed the wrong creature! xD
Altogether 3k. Triple the ECs that should have been taken away from us.
-tries to exhibit stats to make things more persuasive and conclusive-
xD

So, yeah. Nice suggestions. I hope they'll be applied soon to make everything more convenient! ^^

I'm so into finding a good name, I forget to check which critter I am naming x_x

Haha, well you can search to see if the name's available first before actually renaming your creatures?
