Does anyone know how to slighly burn honeycomb?

I am trying to make burnt honeycomb without a blowtorch. Does anyone know how?

Use a frying pan without any oil in over a really strong heat, if it's hot enough it won't make a mess in the pan and it'll like 'seal' it, like you can do with any kind of meat, from oozing everywhere if it's that fresh waxy stuff. 😊

yep! works for my mum when she does it to add on cakes or put in fresh tablet or chocolate. 😊
